This was such a great transition from my previous experience. They were über helpful and great as a credit processing that was able to meet all of my mobile, web, and Quickbook needs. I am excited to have a customer service team I can work with.

Redfynn technologies is by far the best point of sale, processing, rewards program company I’ve ever seen. I got a smoking deal because I’m opening another shop in Phoenix besides the one I have already on Mill Ave in Tempe. As a owner of HAUS of VAPORS, I’ve met and seen many presentations by numerous loyalty program companies thus far. I’m honestly impressed how Redfynn has integrated everything I need in to one whole package and this package is 50% cheaper than any other program I’ve seen so far. On top of that I already pay $ 30 a month for my POS system currently so I’ll be saving another $ 30 when Redfynn is working in the next month. I can’t wait to see what rates they offer as far as merchant processing. They say they are the lowest and will beat any competitor so I’m hoping they’ll keep their end of the bargain there. I am not worried at all. I’m sure they will. Shane and Paul were the salesman that gave a great presentation in my shop multiple times since my partner did not hear the 1^st one. Shane is such a cool dude. Me and him are similar in many ways. He was straight forward with everything and did not try to take advantage of any situation. The customer service is beyond outstanding. After I signed up with a smoking deal, Elton was assigned as my account manager and he went through everything clearly and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. They also allow a 30 day risk free trial. I can’t wait to use this system. As a small business owner, I’ve been eager to find a company like this that can handle my inventory, protect me from any fraud with credit card transactions, provide the merchandise with an iPad, register, receipt printer, and iPad stand and most importantly a great rewards program that I’ve been waiting long to find. The importance of any business is returning customers and this allows me to set it up in any way I want. This system allows me to keep customers information so I can reach out to them any time. For the price I got on this deal, I would recommend this company to all businesses. It will not hurt you in any way, and it will make your business grow. Thank you Redfynn Tech.
