I brought in my cracked cell phone and left with a new screen 40 min later for a super reasonable price. They give you $ 10 off from Unilocal for first visits so that was super nice. My ID touch no longer works after being fixed but I can do without it anyway. Screen is perfect with no other issues!

I am super happy to have had the good fortune of stumbling across this place! Smart Fix Now saved the day after I shattered my iPhone. I was surprised to be able to walk right in and have it completed in less than an hour since they had the replacement LCD and screen in stock, ready to go. I also got a really good deal on a protective tempered glass screen cover to keep my phone looking good as new. Thanks to the guys at the Smart Fix shop, I will recommend all of your tech repair services to anyone that needs help with repairing cell phones, laptops and tablets.

Brought my mac book pro in because it could not turn on. Nick was very knowledgeable and found the problem right away (battery was faulty) and fixed it right in front of me with no delay. Even gave me a 6 month warranty in case of any problems with the repair and new the battery he put in. Gave me a stellar price and sent me on my way within an hour.
Previously ive had to bring my iphone in to get screen replaced and battery replaced and Robert has always done a great job on my phone and giving me a good price on everything.

I got my iPhone 6 fairly new and with one fall the screen shatter, I came across Mr Robs Smart Fix shop on the web called and rushed over, with-​in the hour of a very late Saturday my phone was fixed looked brand new, also got a new glass temp protector way cheaper than Verizon sells it! Just to be more careful the next time! I can’t thank him enough for the time and knowledge, Amazing job!

This is my 4^th visit to Smart Fix Now. I love this guy. He has replaced 2 screens for me, installed a new battery, and even changed the back casing on my iPhone! Every time he has been cordial and dealt with me being stressed over my old, old phone. ALWAYS CALL AHEAD! It is one lovely gentleman working so sometimes he does step out to run errands. He does usually give quotes over the phone as well and is super helpful. When I need repairs, he tells me about how long, and I go run errands while he is working on it. Time and time again I return to smart fix now. There is literally no better place for repairs.

A couple days ago my usually durable phone finally gave in to gravity and shattered the bottom of my Samsung S5’s screen. I could see the display for a few minutes before it went black but all the important apps were not accessible.
The worst part was that I had insurance but would lose 10 years worth of contacts doing so since tmobile can’t transfer contacts without using the screen… but with the LCD Screen busted I was out of luck. That was until I stumbled upon Smart Fix Now.
During my search I spoke to Rob the owner who gave me a competitive rate, actually explained the process and why it was needed. Other places I reached out to gave me the doomsday sales pitch.
Rob seemed very knowledgeable and really represented what a locally owned business should be so I headed over.
The turnaround time was unbelievably fast! Was so happy to know that even though he had other projects ahead of mine, the walk in turnaround was barely over 1.5 hours. Rob is a great guy and even let me check out the work area and tools he used to repair my phone.
I’m writing this review on the phone they fixed in no time at all. And more importantly all of contacts are saved. i will be backing them up very soon, haha. I will be keeping this phone a little while longer since it looks brand new again. Thanks guys!

I went there this morning to see about a phone repair during their posted business hours. Nobody was there; everything was locked up. So my broken phone, my money and I went all went to a store in Scottsdale and got my phone fixed.

The employees really try to meet customer expectations. It seems to get a bit hectic at times in keeping up with customer demand and so many dropped phones. They did an excellent job and though I had to wait a bit longer, they made it right. Recommended!

After dropping my phone hundreds of times without cracking the screen, it finally happened on Sunday. Usually I would go on and not worry but, this contraption was cutting up my fingers and the side of my face (no joke) I’m talking shards.
I looked around and found this place on Unilocal.Upon calling (Rob) quoted a reasonable price and timeframe for completing the services. I arrived late in the afternoon and Troy fixed my phone in less than 10 mins. The price for the screen was actually $ 10 cheaper than quoted due to the version of iPhone I have (5 vs. 5s). I also got tempered glass added to the screen, which took another 5 mins to install. All this and good service for under $ 80! Score! Troy was quick and super professional. Would definitely recommend.
Shh! There are two other perks you should make note of: 1) by checking in on Unilocal you get a $ 5 off coupon to use right then and there; and 2) if you leave a review (of any kind) on Unilocal you get a $ 10 off coupon that you can use on a future visit or share with a friend (caveat is the review must be left within 2 days of your fix). Not a bad deal at all.

I chose to go here because of the Unilocal reviews, and it turned out to be worth it! The prices were very fair. To have the screen replaced on my iPhone 6 it was cheeper than what Apple was going to charge by $ 40, and Apple said it would take them 3 – 5 business days, whereas I was able to have my phone back in my hand in under 30min at Smart Fix Now.
I walked in, was immediately helped, and everyone was very friendly. 30min later I’m driving down the road with my iPhone looking back to new! This is especially helpful as I use the navigation on my phone for side jobs, so I know if I have an accident and crack my screen while out and about, I’ll be able to swing by Smart Fix Now and not waste time getting back out there on the road.
I had a great experience here and would recommend their services to anyone.

Just got my husband’s 5s screen fixed in about 15 minutes and it looks as good as new! We will definitely be back for our I pad soon. also you should use the Unilocal discount 5 bucks off.

I went in to fix my daughter’s iphone. It was cracked badly. Rob helped fix my screen in a short time. I was in a hurry and that helped a lot! Phone looked brand new after repair and I am very happy. My husband cracked his screen the same day and I told him to just go to Rob in the evening. Rob fixed it and it looks like new again.
I highly recommend anyone who needs their phone repaired to go to them!

Amazing, amazing, amazing. When I read all the 5 star reviews I thought maybe they had paid for them or something, but after my experience I understand why. These guys are legit!
I took in my brand new iPhone 6 that had sat in a pool of water for 30 min. These guys knew everything about phones and how to take them apart and put them back together. My phone didn’t end up working b/​c of how damaged it was, but I’m so grateful they were there to at least do a diagnostics on it — for half the price I would have paid anywhere else. Take your phone here, they’re the real deal.

I am not a competitor, just someone who got ripped off by this guy’s shotty work, and I just shared that and am telling people it’s not worth saving ten bucks because they don’t do quality work and sell cheap knock off products. But seriously Woah, Amy’s bakery much? I guarantee those crazy messages are from you and I have already sent Unilocal and email about it after the fourth one, with screenshots of all the messages. Get your stuff together, all I did was write an accurate review that your service isn’t good and you went crazy.
