I went to synergy they answered my questions set me up with some e-​juice and a vapor pen. i came back tried some more juice I wish they had more of a selection of juice tho, after going to a different vape shop I found out that synergy was a little on the pricey side. So if you don’t mind spending the extra money then this shop might be for you. if you do go try the synberry tea.

I have been a loyal customer of Synergy Vapor Labs for over 18 months now, and visit twice per month to purchase my vapor supplies. Today I received the most disappointing service, and as a result, will never go back to this store. Two months ago, I wanted to upgrade my mod and tank so under the guidance of the manager, I purchased a high-​end unit that he guaranteed would meet my needs for the next year. After only 6 weeks, I began having troubles with the unit leaking and with the mod holding a charge more than a few hours. This morning, I could not get the mod to charge whatsoever so assumed that the unit must have some faulty wiring as it is only 2 month old (and was sold to me as a high-​end unit that would charge far better than the previous unit I purchased from them). I stopped by the store today to discuss the issue, but the minute I walked in, the sales associate gave me attitude. He reluctantly listened to my issue, and then asked what I wanted him to do about it. He accused me of dropping the unit too many times causing damage. I assured him I did not drop the unit and that I was sold a faulty piece of equipment, but he could care less and refused to offer any support.
I left the store angry at having wasted so much money on this «high-​end» unit to find that only 2 months later it won’t work. I tried to give this business the chance to rectify an issue with their products, but to no avail. I immediately went down the road to another local vape shop and purchased a brand new unit and new juice. Sadly, their competitor will now reap the rewards of my weekly visits. Too bad Synergy, you just lost out on a loyal customer who spent a lot of money with you! Don’t sell a product if you cannot stand behind it’s quality!

The staff is phenomenal! Met the owner today when my girlfriend and I went in to buy some of our favorite juices. He was very friendly and went out of his way to replace the chairs we were sitting on to replace them with new ones that he had just bought that fit the color scheme, and we’re much more comfortable. Guess we were the first to test them out which is nice. These guys have such a great selection of anything you’ll need in the vapor world from huge batteries to starter pens, from sugar bear and key lime cookie to white walker and unicorn milk. Amazing flavors!!! The first time that I came into the shop, I had no clue what vamping was, and I left an expert of the origin, the culture, and the benefits over smoking. Highly recommended!

The employees here are great people. Always happy to help. Very good prices too. I hope they continue their line of products and have more flavors to choose from.

Always friendly and helpful when I come into the shop. When I first started vaping they took the time to explain everything in detail to me. Nice that they have the bar to try new flavors and such. I am a sucker for the five pawns liquids, they are not cheap but I think it’s worth the prices. I also highly recommend the syna-​berry tea flavor. Clean and smooth and classic flavoring. This store is a bit far from my house but I make the trip about once a month. I usually order my stuff online unless I’m completely out. Kudos to the staff for being so excellent!

Great place to learn about Vaping! The juice they make is of high quality but very expensive. I guess it’s «what» you pay for. Overall have no major complaints but the prices are higher than normal shops on all items. The good part is that they cover replacements and most online stores do not. Would recommend ppl there for their high quality juices. Also everyone is knowledgable and will build you RDA’s for life if you buy your atty from them!

I’ve been vaping for 5 months. This shop was recommended to me by a co-​worker. The first time I went in I had a great education. The folks working are knowledgable and honest in my experience. I’ve been in the store about 10 times and have never had a bad experience. The juice is organic which I really like. No additives or strange sweeteners. I think they’re particular about the products they stock. I will remain a loyal customer.

Pretty decent spot, especially for people new to vaping. They are very informative and helpful but a bit over priced. Although their juices are high quality and tasty, they are quite pricey coming in at $ 1.00 — $ 1.20per mL. Considering i vape around 45mL per week its not cost effective for me to shop there. After doing a bit of research i’ve learned to make my own liquid for about 4 cents per mL using the same organic ingridients. such as kosher VG, PG, and VG based flavors and nic. I understand that a business needs to pay overhead cost and turn a profit. But the mark-​up is quite rediculous. when you account for the cost of liquid, cost of bottles, and labels its roughly 900% to 1000% mark-​up despite being organic.

Went to the shop and tried some juices. To my surprise they didn’t have many premium brands That I have heard, read, or seen on YouTube. But the charge premium prices on a All the brands they do carry. I tried 3 or 4 flavors and decided on vanilla Van Gogh~great tasting juice; And blueberry specifically. I was inclined to buy more but never heard of most of the brands they use. They have a in house brand wich is what I bought cause the real premium brands were almost double the price. Flavors were great in the samples. But when I got home the blueberry tasted like complete ass. It literally was the worst blueberry taste I have ever had. So I called the shop and they don’t do returns, which I understand due to health reasons. BUT I was told. «sorry bro there is no returns, next time try more flavors and pick a better one» !! Are you freaking kidding me! Unprofessional jerk. Dropped like 30+ bucks on 2 10ml juices and (another small part for my noob ecig ego. Which I also later found on eBay for a ¹⁄₃ of the price) that’s the response I get?! Not even a «sorry to hear than man, we strive to provide the best juices and flavors available come down and try some more I promise we will get you some that you will like»
After you tubing what the case could be I found that I needed to maybe steep the juice for up a few weeks to get the flavor the shop had. I waited about 2 weeks and the flavor is no where near the one I tried.
So I said ya know what let me try another local shop since I am new to Vapeing and quitting cigarettes and I really want to stop smoking. I went to innovative vapor. I think that’s what it is called not too sure. it’s on baseline and college right near u.s. Egg. They had an unbelievable selection of flavors, tons of premium brands, knowledge about the mods, rda and flavor profiles. I told him about my experience at my last shop and he actually tried my blueberry to get what I was saying. He was blown away that after (company response-​3 week pre bottle steeping time) and my weeks steeping it still tasted like crap. He actually gave me a free 5ml bottle of some house blueberry juice they had and said «don’t worry my man Vapeing is a way better alternative to smoking and I want to help you anyway I can, here is some blueberry house juice on me.» I was freaking blown away with his response and as I sat there he started to tell me about mods, rda, coil builds, ohm’s and all the other technical vape stuff… to be honest I really didn’t even know what he was saying at first but there were other people in the shop so I was just learning what it was alI about. I actually felt like a respected person there. He didn’t just want to grab my money and push me out the door. I ended up just trying the blueberry and came back a few days later to thank them and grab some more flavors.
(I picked up some REAL premium brands like suicide bunny, cosmic fog, and blue label elixir. I figured a premium liquid must be like selecting premium alcohol. To be honest it was like comparing Grey Goose to Popov (that bottom shef plastic bottle stuff)
When I went back to the innovative vapor store on college and baseline the second time I was greeted by NAME! He was like hey Aaron how did that blueberry turn out? Have you smoked any cigs? I hope not! I can’t believe how just down the road there are shops that do business in a complete different way.
So moral of my long story I don’t recommend Synergy juices or the way the shop handles it customers (the one next to silver mines). It’s staff is no where near as professional and knowledgeable as some of the other local shops in the area. You would think with all this competition popping up that stores would go the extra mile to keep you coming back. But not this one. Unless you like the college frat boy service

So my first experience was great and the second I thought was. After being informed about a purchase I had made on a item I was shocked and when inquiring about mechanical mods. I was told to look up the information on Youtube.
There are several vapor shops that are in the Tempe area that have better juices at a way better price and will go out of their way to point you in the right direction.
I suggest trying Buttout ecig on Mill Ave they have a great customer points program where you accumulate points to be redeemed for free juices.
Spend 10.00 for a 10ml bottle of juice Syngergy or spend 12.50 for a 15ml bottle of juice Buttout that you can get just about any mg of nicotine in.

Been back numerous times since my first visit to this place. I like that every time I come here I’m greeted and my needs are taken care of. Good juices and knowledgable staff makes this place a sure stop in Tempe.

A great first stop for new vapers! These guys know their stuff. I enjoy coming in with the peace of mind that I am reviving the best advice and guidance, leading to a more informed purchase. Though the prices are a bit steeper, you get a 7 day refund policy, and support and repairs for most of your issues (even for bumbling idiots like myself, who just love to break my hardware). The juice, also at quite a high price, is one of my go-to’s when I have the extra money. All in all, the prices are, for the most part, worth it, and the staff is knowledgable and friendly, answering all my questions, from the complex to the silly and obvious. I will continue visiting here! Thanks guys and keep it up! (Just don’t get too much cool new stuff or else I’ll keep buying, and keep ending up broke ;))

Stopped in to browse while on a vacation. Was quickly greeted and made to feel as though no questions were too stupid. Lindsey helped me and was more than willing to do whatever it would take to set me up with the «right» equipment. VERY knowledgable and even helped me setup a rebuildable atomizer right there. I sampled several juices, and even though they were above prices I’ve seen online or in tobacco stores, were great tasting and worth the extra few cents.
Without hesitation I would recommend anyone to shop there!

These guys are super friendly and knowledgeable. Crack Jack is by far one of my favorite juices. That said, the juices cost more than I would like and their prices on other supplies are more expensive than can be purchased online or even in some other stores. However, for service, atmosphere, and Crack Jack, I will continue to visit them!

They’re a bit overpriced in comparison to what you can get from other vendors in the valley. They only sell juice in 10ml bottles for somewhere around 10 bucks.
That being said, some of the flavors they make themselves are pretty good. I definitely wouldn’t advise buying hardware here though — you can get it cheaper at other stores in the valley. The customer service leaves a little to be desired too.

Amazingly delicious juice and great service. Just don’t buy your hardware here. Super expensive! (Double to triple the normal price)

I’ve been Vaping for a few years and I’m picky about the quality of the juice I buy. After trying flavors at most of the shops in the area, nothing comes close to the quality here, and you can try all of the Synergy flavors for free.
The Synergy juice is all organic made by these guys, not imported from some chem lab in China. Does their juice cost more than others? Yes. Is it worth it? Absolutely. Life is too short for cheap vape juice (and beer).
Also, the staff is knowledgable and friendly.

Their hardware and juice is a bit overpriced, 8 dollars for an ego thread cover? The synergy juices only comes in 10ml bottles and are tasty but at 11 dollars, too expensive to buy consistently. There are lots of online ejuice retailers that have more options and are of comparable quality BUT synberry tea is seriously seriously good. I definitely think there is potential in this place though!

If you’re like me where you don’t like sales pitches on hot items, but someone who is willing to answer your questions and share their opinions, this is the shop for you.
1. Amazing, knowledgeable and friendly down-​to-​earth service. He answered all of my questions honestly and also took my preferences into consideration.
2. He offered me numerous free delicious samples using a T2. You will leave with a bottle or two. Delicious, delicious juice. If I could buy it by the gallon, I would.
3. I picked up a clearo, and he showed me the ropes. What to do, and of course, what not to.
4. Clean atmosphere. Everything was displayed very nicely.
5. Professional.
6. Excellent location (don’t pull into the BofA like I did though. That kind of sucked. It’s the second entrance after the light).
7. There is a couch.

Came in today and picked up the Straw Man Chill and another SynBerry Tea. Loving the SMC. Great throat hit with the T3 and this e-​liquid. It keeps me cool when I’m vaping outdoors/​in my car and the sun is beaming. I’m going for a melon flavor next time. Sounds yum.
I did have an issue with my T3 last week. They replaced the coil for free, without hassle. Turned out to be a bad batch (not their fault, of course, it happens).
Can’t wait to come back! :)
