RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. I went to get a gel fill with gel polish and the lady kept huffing and puffing under her mask at least 5 times within the hour of doing my nails like I was the biggest inconvenience ever. She was not friendly from the get go, never smiled, never talked. She was in her 30s-​40s and had long brown hair.
I decided to give it a try because of all of the good reviews but I definitely won’t be coming back. Also, when she filed down my nails they are all crooked and different lengths. Tonight the gel polish just started peeling off on the corner of my thumb. I’ve been getting my nails done for 6+ years and have never had my gel nail polish peel the night off. Completely disappointed.

They do nice work, but they are not the friendliest by any stretch of the imagination. It’s nice to be thanked for coming in on your way out the door, but they don’t do that here and they also don’t thank you if you leave a tip.

I LOVE the staff! Michelle, Huey, T, and Steven are all so kind. This nail salon is peaceful and the staff is sweet as a peach. They actually have conversations with you, every single staff member, and they all have great personalities. They take their time to make sure your nails look fabulous, so make sure you have time to visit their salon. They’re very caring and detailed! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone

This is my favorite mani/​pedi spot in all of Phoenix! Really reasonable prices, quality mani/​pedis, friendly staff who make you feel special and who truly love what they do. Friends come in with me a lot and we’ve never had a bad experience. Heads up, you can only tip in cash!

Let me start off by saying, I normally do not take time out of my day to post reviews but I had to with this (so that should tell you something). I have been getting my nails done regularly at various shops for years and have NEVER complained about my nails even when I didnt like the job… This place took the cake. This was the absolute WORST experience and EVEN WORST nail job I have ever had done! I started off with my pedicure. The guy that did it did a LOUSY job! (I asked for the pedi w/​callus remover) He started off with the callus remover and completely rushed through the entire thing. I kept thinking to my self «wow hes going super fast and not doing very good» but I hate complaining so I kept it to my self. Then he went straight from callus remover to rinsing my feet and then applying lotion. I thought it was weird that he was applying lotion on my legs before doing ANYTHING and I seriously mean ANYTHING to my toes! I brought it to his attention bc maybe he’s had a long day and just forgot. Instead of just looking at my toes (bc it was obvious nothing had been done to my nails) the guy started trying to argue with me saying he did. He then started speaking in his foreign language to coworkers causing a scene in shop. I was APPALLED! Worst customer service in my entire life! Even my 8yr old daughter looked at my toes and said, «wow mommy that doesn’t look good. It’s looks like I did your nails» I understand people make mistakes and it would have been different if someone was willing to correct the lousy job but they wanted to argue. I am not an arguementive person at all. I was so upset that I left without getting the rest of our services. Thank you for ruining part of my 8yr old birthday!

I highly recommend this place if you want to get your nails done in Tempe! I came here with my friends to get our nails done and they did an amazing job! If you ever go ask for Michelle she is very nice lady! I will come here more often. The shop is very clean and they have a very nice selection of colors

They always have the greatest customer service and make you feel right at home! not to mention my nails look flawless every time I get them done!
Today I got a Christmas themed nail color and I LOVE it. (red/​gold glitter — GEL!)

This place was amazing! I would definitely recommend this nail salon and Michelle!
Here is why I’m giving it 5 stars:
1. This is the first time my nails actually looked even and nice after a manicure. I have been to over 15 nail salons in Arizona and this is the first one that shaped my nails correctly.
2. Everyone working there was extremely friendly and nice. I pick my cuticles and most nail salons judge me and tell me it’s gross. This place was very nice and professional about my habit.
3. This place was very clean and did not smell heavily of nail products.
4. I’m not the only one who was happy about my nails. Everyone in there kept talking about how amazing their nails looked.
If you want a great nail salon, go here. I am definitely going back every time I need my nails done.

Looking for a nail place in the area to go spend some time with my friend visiting over this weekend, we found this nice place attended by owner Michelle (who did both our nails) not only got at what they do but also a very hygienic place and with great customer care. Highly recommended!

I found this nail salon on Unilocal and I decided to give it a try, when I walked in I was greeted and helped right away, Michelle was the lady who did my nails, she was very nice and easy to talk to, I had pics of nail designs in my phone and Michelle has me loving my nails, I got a gel manicure for 35 with glitter which isn’t a bad price. This is my new nail salon and I will be back in the future.

I stopped in here for the first time today and got a perfect gel manicure from Steve! He had me in and out in less than 30 minutes — and that’s including the super relaxing hand massage he gave me at the end of my manicure! He used brand new sterile tools and got the shape and length of my nails exactly the way I like them. The salon itself was very clean and looks recently updated. They also have a really large selection of gel polishes, which is always nice. I’ll definitely be a regular here from now on!

After trying 5 or 6 salons in the area, I’ve found the one I’m going to from here on out! The environment is welcoming, the people are very kind and knowledgeable, and the prices are on point with the area. I had Hieu and he did a fantastic job! He was easy to talk to and when I asked for his opinion on color he had great suggestions and advice! I highly recommend it!

My experience with nail salons is relatively new… However when I walked into this salon we were immediately greeted, and offered bottle water to drink. The wait was reasonable for a walk in and the nail tech was meticulous with her manicure. It was nice to see this, especially since the manicure was for my girlfriend. The application of color on her nails was flawless and the entire time jokes were being thrown out around the salon and it was a fun atmosphere. Worth a trip to this small hole in the wall place. Really good

Best nail salon ever! Friendly, clean, and great quality nails! The color selection is large and the staff is willing to do any designs and even suggest style, color, or designs that would look good. Love this olace!

Let me start by saying that I am a bit of a germaphobe and highly dislike people seeing/​touch my feet. However, after seeing how clean and neat this place is I decided to give it a try and get a mani and pedi. I love the fact that they use new clean sterile tools for each customer. If that is not enough they use disposable plastic covers for their massage foot tub.
Customer service was exceptional. Unfortunately I am really bad remembering names but I believe Tina was the amicable lady that did my toes.

I love coming in to get me nails done here. I tell Huey what I need done (full set, fill, repair) he gets the job done perfectly. I leave it up to him on the rest (color /​design). The prices are reasonable n not overly price like other places. So if ur looking into getting ur nails all pretty this is where u want to go. Everyone is friendly there. I also loved that fact they care about their customers. I sit down n they ask if I’d like some water. I’m always leaving this place satisfied.
