These guys continue to provide outstanding customer service and products. Their creative team continues to come up with designs that work perfectly in our industry. I’ve worked at Sun Devil Auto for about 10 years now and that’s how long I’ve been working with Think! They are very easy to work with and their projects are very professional. I appreciate their attention to detail and quick turn around time on those last minute projects. We’ve gotten quotes from other printing companies and they don’t even come close to what Think! offers for us. Don’t event THINK! of using anyone else!

So I’ve been doing business with Think! For about 6 yrs now. From flyers, to cards, banners and web design and have never had an issue with any of their service. Except just recently. Placed a 10,000 card order and was contacted in less than a week that it was finished. Picked them up and they were UV instead of matte finished. No big deal, i call them up and gave them the story. They took a minute to review my order and saw it was an error on their part. No questions asked they offered to replace entire 10,000 card order with correct finish at no cost. Within a week i had correct cards with absolute no issue. There’s a reason I do business with companies like this as many of you know time is always critical and quality surpasses none other. And their prices are LEGIT. Sure hope Think! stays around for a damn long time. I have no intentions of getting my promotional supplies anywhere else. Thanks guys.

I called them to have a small run of stickers printed on a Monday. I let them know I was in a rush to get it done. The artwork was sent immediately. There was no communication for three days from them, so I assumed they started the job. Nope. They never did anything. Zack, my contact person, never sent me an email confirmation with their invoice. Apparently you need to pay up front with these guys. When I spoke to him again, I gave him my credit card and told him that I was now behind schedule. This was on Thursday. I told him I was going out of town for a few days and needed it for the following Tuesday. On Monday at 3:55pm he sent an email saying they needed an adjustment to the artwork — this was Monday, at the end of the day, while I’m out of town, when I needed the stickers the following day. On Tuesday morning I called them about the adjustment and asked how long it would be once I made the correction. They said 3 – 4 days. I said no thanks and asked for a refund. No one really cared enough to try and rectify the problem. Just excuses. I was looking for a long term vendor, which is why I start with small runs. Now they lost my business for good, along with any referrals I could have given them.

I had a time-​sensitive large order of shirts that most companies in town told me could not be done in time for my event. Chris and the team of awesome people at Think! made sure to deliver on their promise of getting me the entire order on time, even if it meant working late. They saved the day and were actually less expensive than anyone else I researched. I was worried the quality of the prints may suffer due to the rush but I have never seen such excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. The art is sharp and durable. I will be taking all of my future business here. Thanks guys.

These guys really pulled thru for me! After one hold up after another I recived the file I needed to print just 3 days before my event… Randy and his gang put their nose to the grindstone and knocked the project out in record time! Not to mention at a very competitive price!

I had a very last minute order to place and this print shop totally came through for me. I needed some business cards on the fly. I stopped in and Jessica was there to help me out. Despite being very busy (answering a multitude of phone calls and helping other customers that were in the shop) she made it a point to keep checking on me to make sure I was getting along okay with the design process. Once I placed my order, I had my cards in hand a few hours later and I was good to go! I loved the way that they turned out. I highly recommend this print shop. There are some quality people here to help you along the way.

Eric totally saved us! My sister is getting married on Sat and waited until the last minute to have her programs printed. Initially I went to FedEx abd the price wad outrageous! I found Think on Unilocal and they were able to get us the programs the next day and they were extremely affordable!

Tried to use their web site to design a few shirts that I needed done within a week for a party. Wasted hours trying to manage through the web site design studio bugs, hanging every time i tried to checkout or change product. Finally called them to place the order manually — i had done the design myself so they had it available. The day I was supposed to pick up the shirts, call them multiple times and it was obvious that they hadn’t done anything with the order. I had to call multiple times because it seemed they didn’t have a graphics designer to finish the order. Finally was told (this is just as they were closing for the day) that the design couldn’t be done on the black shirts ordered. Which they should have known at the time the took my order and $. Asked for my $ to be returned and that’s it, ended up without the shirts… trusted the company because they were local, but not again. Should’ve checked Unilocal reviews before using them. While the person taking the orders was courteous and trying to help, it was obvious that this not a well organized/​coordinated business. 1 star for offering me 25% on my next order… which btw, if i wanted to use it, I feel they won’t have anything on record to that regards…

Think! has proven to be a life saver for printing projects for Christ Life Church. I started using them when I had a rush order that I needed for a Sunday service. As it turns out the order wasn’t going to be ready until right about 5pm on a Friday. I couldn’t make it to the location at that time and they are closed on Sat.-Sun. One of their employees, Jessica went above and beyond in customer service to meet up with me on Sat. to deliver the order. Since then I have used Think! for multiple projects, from banners, letterhead, business cards, t-​shirts, and door hangers! I will continue using Think! for all of my printing needs.

I have been using Think! Graphics now for over 4 years and they have been instrumental in the growth of my business. They rebranded my company, built a tremendously impactful website, and printed high quality products. I have outfitted over 500 clients and athletes with their t-​shirts and high quality is an understatement.
Their on-​time-​delivery is great, which is something I have had issues with with a lot other print companies, and they offer very competitive pricing. What I am most impressed with is their ability to enhance every project I bring to them. Their main focus is not on the delivery of the project, rather how they can maximize the impact of my projects. I have worked with Think Graphics for over 7 years now, & I can tell you they are incredible. I know all the guys and the owner, but it is Zack that does all my artwork/​design. Zack is a true master artist, he is very personable and always seems to understand exactly what I am trying to convey for my sometimes unusual artwork vision.
I mostly have T-​shirts printed up for my boxing gym. There printing methods, the ink NEVER comes off! They have also printed some of my posters. If you are here local in the Phoenix valley, feel free to stop in any time to see the work they have done for me, I have many T-​shirts on display in my gym for you to see for yourself. I’m in the same plaza as their Tempe location. Seeing before you buy is believing!

While my issue was not with any email problems (I was still receiving responses just fine from Zach), I will say that the owner Randy was very responsive to my post and called me within a matter of days personally to remedy the situation in regards to the poor customer service I had experienced. He has been very helpful the past couple of days in working to earn my respect and business. For this I have raised my star rating as he was professional enough to step up and work on making things right. I cannot say for sure I will end up using them but welcome the quote to put them in the mix while sorting everything out on the table.

Absolutely the most unprofessional, uncoordinated «business» that I have ever used. Not only was I promised multiple times that my work would be done, 24hrs later, absolutely nothing. Zach was supposed to design a flyer for me, it sat in his inbox for 6 days, and nothing was even started.
