Established in 2009.
Bringing a wealth of experience from years of personal training and expertise in Kinesiology, Kelly Barnes opened Tri 2 B Fit in October of 2009.

Before embarking on her own business, Kelly Barnes has been a significant force in the east valley personal training arena for many years. Kelly and her staff at Tri 2 B Fit have expert knowledge in Sports Psychology-firmly believing that addressing the whole person is integral to achieving excellence in sports and fitness. Her facility specializes in weight loss, corrective exercise with a soft-tissue emphasis, endurance training and sports psychology. Additionally, Kelly has a Masters Degree in Kinesiology which drives the clinical approach of her business and training philosophy.
She is an Ironman Lake Placid and Ironman Arizona Finisher. She is currently training for her third Ironman race.
