This place is pretty dank to be honest. I mean I know its all new and stuff but I am pretty sure they will set more things up in the near future. The arcade games are really fun and it can get very competitive if you bring your friends over. I’ve been here three times with my friends and it’s actually really fun. Besides, its smart to have a place like this in Temple City, where theres really nothing. All in all its a really fun local arcade.

I live literally a block away and I see this place as the perfect hangout place. I went here during their $ 5 all day comics, gaming, card games, board games, wifi, and it is totally worth it! It’s perfect to just hangout with some friends and just play games or talk. They have many, many arcade games and probably more in the future. There are friendly workers there, Amanda and Alex(and other workers) are at the front to help you and to get you started on your visit. They’re always friendly and always check up on you to see how you’re doing, and asking how is the game you are playing. From time to time, they usually have events, like Smash tournaments, cosplay lessons, and others! On Fridays, they have Friday Night Magic. There are many more events to come too! This place is perfect for individual and groups to come to! Alone, you can just play an arcade game to beat your own high score or the score already there. With friends, you can do pool, dual-player games, board games, others. There are just so much to do, it’s really hard to get bored, especially if there are people to talk to you and to make you feel right at home. To me, this is like my second home, where I can just chill, do homework, and play games. If you are playing arcade games and wanna take a break, you can just go to the tables, take a seat and simply read vintage comics, manga, or just chill with your device with the free wifi. Wanna just sit back? Grab a bag of chips and some Coke(or water) and think about life. There are soooo many things to do here.

Went to the Grand Opening Party today, woohoo parrrrrtay! Since this store is newly opened, there are still some finishing touches that need to be done, like getting AC running! The store has cozy layout, kind of reminds me of the front area of Knights Ware Inc. in Studio City. Parking is street but it’s 2 hours out front until 6pm. You can tell the owners put in a lot of time and love into the store by the decorations. The front area has a left corner that decorated like a dungeon/fantasy and the right corner into a Star Wars space theme. The middle hallway area is lined with arcades and Kevin, one of the co-owners, said it will soon be decorated to have a Tron theme. In the back is merchandise for sale, of the usual you see in gaming stores: MTG cards, an assortment of plush toys, board games and an impressive collection of Pop! vinyl figures for just $ 10 each. Seems just about everything in the store is for sale, rare costumes, props, even the arcades are for a few hundred dollars, prices are simply labeled with a post-it note or written down on a piece of tape. Seems like this store is differentiating itself from other local competitors by doing custom work: such as custom prints of t-shirts, mugs and banners. It is a small shop compared to MTG Deals, but their size can be their advantage in catering to clients on a more personal level. Looking forward to future events at this shop, such as Friday night MTG games and workshop type classes!
