Jack In The Box

I was here for breakfast the other day. It was a Saturday morning. My nephew and I came to eat and wait for his Dad to wash my car. I have always used the drive-​thru and the food was good. And yes the food was good. BUT I never expected the dinning area and bathroom to be so filthy! Ugh! I had to take pictures. The bathroom was the most filthy but I did not have my phone on me and I really, really had to go. There was fical matter on the seat, a puddle next to the toilet, and hair on the sink. I was about to complain when I saw a manager walk to the bathroom. I figured she would send someone to clean it. Nope. Instead I saw another employee go in there too!!! Maybe they really, really had to go but damn this place has an A on its window. Time to call the health department!

Nothing like getting my breakfast sandwich without the sausage that’s suppose to be in it and biting into egg shell, not to mention burnt hashbrowns. Worst experience I’ve had at this location so far.

I got attitude by the manager when they were the ones that screwed up! I’ve had too many times where I had missing food from the order, cold food, and slow service. Why pay $ 8 for a combo of processed fast food when In n Out down the street is $ 7 for real meat and potatoes meal

If there was a terrible restaurant to equal the McD on Baldwin this is it. Wow. The food brings me flashbacks of when JITB food killed people in the 90s. It was that bad. Not only did they get my order wrong, and the chicken tasted sour, and the fries choice was wrong they had the nerve to do it while smiling. At least McD employees look miserable. This food was unbelievably bad and has satisfied my appetite for Jack in the box forever. Better stop now before I get hurt.

Came by here for a late night snack and was greeted by a guy named Domenic. He gave excellent service and the food was good!

Jesus Christ this jack in the box is hella slowwwww at cooking their food. I’ve been here a few times and every single time they work like turtles. I dont know what they’re doing in that kitchen, but I’m assuming that they have very little workers. I was just here last night around 1am, me and my boyfriend waited at the window for a good 10 – 15 mins. I felt bad for the cars behind me! I hope they knew that it wasn’t my fault.
My bf came to buy me a brunch burger. It was 5:40 pm, he told the guy he wanted to buy a brunch burger but the guy on the intercom told him that he can’t sell it to him until 6pm. He literally waited in the drive thru line for 25 mins because of how slow their kitchen is. It was passed 6pm now and my boyfriend was like, «so now can I get the brunch burger?» The guy was like, yeah now I can do that for you. See how slow their food takes? Omg super annoying!

Don’t go to this location during lunch hour their services slow as turtles (I was in the drive thru) and by the time I got home they forgot my orange juice!

The manager was a straight bitch! Had attitude and seemed as if she had dis stain for any customer that came in. She was rude, short with me and even scoffed at the end of our interaction. And that dumb bitch messed up the bacon n Swiss buttery jack. How do you mess that up? It’s just meat bacon Swiss cheese and the buttery garlic sauce. Well she messed it up. No bacon but it did have lettuce n tomatoes on it (doesn’t come with those normally) and the burger was cold when I got it.

This particular jack in the box I never go to because of poor service but I went tonight. This new guy was working c. j he was great! I’m picky so my order is funky and he made sure everything was right and was very nice. If they need hiring people with his attitude I’ll come back.

Stopped by here on our way to kayaking. Great for a quick stop on our way to the 10 freeway: D

Pricing is reasonable for the amount of meat and egg that’s in this sandwich. Not the cheapest breakfast in the world but it is the very filling and I love Jack ^_​_​^

The server was very polite and friendly, but they were having some technical difficulties with the speaker box. They couldn’t hear our order clearly, so it was a little bit annoying having to scream out our order over and over again. BUT I know it was not the servers fault.

Just got food at this location. This place is fucking terrible, excuse my language. On my receipt is Pamela. She didn’t even give me the right order. I paid for extra cheese and no cheese, ordered two jumbo jacks got one. She had an attitude, terrible customer service. Jeez… People I know you hate your job but put a smile on, that’s what you get paid for.

do not go to this location. i went with my 4yr old son and mom. ordering food for my son, this employee who has her child with her is on her break eating was being rude to my mom so i yelled at her n called her fat, so she followed me outside and attacked me. she pushed me and my mom n scratched my arms. where was management?! nowhere in sight!

This JITB rocks because of its always friendly service. Friendly mgrs and crew even the late night shift for those taco cravings… Jack would be proud of this location.

Took a dump in the restroom, had a hamburger. What more do you want from a jack in the box.

I don’t usually go here, but since it’s close to my work, I’ve been here 3 times this month for breakfast.
The 1^st two times, they didn’t give me any ketchup and butter for my breakfast platter.
So the third time, I made sure I asked for ketchup and butter before I left the drive through. The four eyed cashier told me everything is inside the bag. Soon as I get to work and open up my bag, no butter! How hard is it to make sure maple syrup, ketchup, and butter are in the bag?
3 out of 3 times, fail! Never going back to this Jack’s.

Burger and fries. What is there to expect

I’m not a fast food greasy joint kind of gal. But I wanted a quick bite. Figured getting the mini sirloin burger would do the trick.
Parked. Went in. No AC. *angryface* The front doors were open to keep the air circulating. The floors were dirty.
Went up to the counter and waited for about 5 minutes for someone to help us. (There were only 2 people working from the looks of it.) When we finally got someone to take our order, the guy tells me they no longer served the mini sirloin burgers *sadface* I just ended up getting their taco and the potato wedge with cheddar and bacon. (I know. Not exact heart friendly. But then again, this is Jack in the Crack.)
I haven’t ate at a Jack in the Box for about 2 years now. But when I got my food, I dont remember it being this bad… The meat of the taco was flavorless (It didn’t even look like real meat.). The potato wedges were overly crispy. At least they melted the cheese correctly. And when did they stop giving out mild sauce? The lady tells me all they have are Hot sauce for their tacos. Is it just this location? Or have all Jack in the Box eliminated the mild, medium, and hot choice?
Sigh. That’s what I get for eating at Jack in the Box I guess =(
