South Pointe Apartments

I agree with the other review, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE TO SOUTH POINT APARTMENTS. I myself a long time resident will be moving as soon as my lease is up. I am sick and tired of this place and this new management company Gates Hudson. These people are a bunch of jokes. So many people are moving out of the property because they can’t stand it anymore.
They have so many vacancies, and when they do rent they tenant do not stay or skip out. They are charging way too much for these apartments and they do not have basic amenities, and to add insult, they started charging the residents for water service.
If you see these apartments, you will see that you can get so much more for your money if you just walk across the street or around the corner.
Also, someone on their staff steals items out of tenants apartments. A number of us have had items mysteriously removed. Yes they will steal, and come into your apartment unauthorized and act like they don’t know what you’re talking about when you ask them about it.
There is no visitor parking, and I also catch people in the hall smoking and doing other things. They have security but that guy does not do anything but ride his fat ass around in the car.
Do yourself a favor, do not move here, take that $ 1,000 dollars a month and get you a place with a garbage disposal, dishwasher, a full size stove, walk in closet, and grass in the front yard. This place have non of that.
However, they do have a bunch of mice and roaches, angry black women in that rental office with an attitude problem, btw, non of them are attractive and they are scary looking. If you like that, this is your new home.
