Can’t put a zero or I would. I was going out of town for a month and needed the lawn mowed in the middle. I called and setup a one time appt. it was confirmed via text msg. During the third week of the trip my niece drove by and then called to say nothing had been done. When I got back the next week the grass was knee high. I spent two days mowing the jungle. No call or text from ALTC.
