Poor customer service and zero follow up. We were promised our washer would be fixed in 3 – 5 days. It has now been 17 days. We talked to them several times. They say they will check the status on the parts and call back. It never happens. We left a message for the manager or owner several days ago. No one ever called back. We are cancelling the service agreement and going to find someone else.
