History

Established in 1985.

Jody’s Tree Service started in 1985, the same year his son was born. Jody wanted to have flexible hours so he could be there for his family and figured what better way than to own a business. In 2004 his son, Andrew Machuca, picked up the trade and immediatley fell in love. In January of 2009, at the age of 23, Andrew became the only I.S.A. Certified Tree Worker/​Climber Specialist (TX-​3619T) in Bell County and one out of 27 in the state of Texas. Andrew has competed in the Texas Tree Climbing Championship 4 times and in May of 2011 placed 3^rd in the Throw Line Event.
