I have had them do all kinds of work on several of our cars. They have always done great work at a very fair price. Recently had another shop quote me for some major repairs after AAA towed my car there. Templeton Smog and Service quoted me ½ the price and helped me arrange to have my car towed there. They are always so good to do business with. Wonderful customer service. And they won’t take advantage of you at a vulnerable time and have always come through with great results.

I take my vintage Landcruiser to Templeton Automotive. Great service, Anthony has extensive knowledge of the older vehicles and I’m always pleased when get it back. They are very honest and I never feel like I’m getting gouged! Highly recommend to everyone!

These guys are great. In a small town like Templeton a shop wouldn’t last long if they were not honest and reputable, and these guys clearly are. Their rates are fair, and they do what they say they will do with no surprises. They are worth the drive even from Paso or Atascadero.

Hated to review them, as more people will start going here; but, they deserve it and earned the review. Unbelievable customer service at fair prices. Anthony is a dream to work with and takes great pride in his work. They totally rebuilt a 1973 Ford F-​100 for us and it runs like a new truck.

I love these guys.
My family has gone here for ages and they always take great care of us. I’ve never come in and felt like I was in their way or wasting their time and they are always good about answering questions.
I know I speak for a lot of other women when I say that condescending auto shop employees are not my favorite people. That has never been a problem here — the guys are always respectful and kind when you come in. I completely trust them and I know that they run an honest business.
Actually, I wish they did everything automobile related because I would use them for everything on my car.

I visited this shop this past weekend. I was on vacation in the area, and on the drive up my check engine light turned on. I was unable to find a dealership in the area and most service shops are closed on the weekends, but I called Templeton Auto Parts, and although their service shop was closed, the salesman agreed to look at my car. He went out of his way to help me figure out what was going on with my car even though he wasn’t in the service department. He was friendly, patient and incredibly helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area!
