We offer a Mobile Safety Truck Service that will bring safety boots and shoes to you location. Open since 1977 we lead the area in selection, prices, service and expertise in the field of work footwear. We work hard to provide each customer with the right boot or shoe for his or her individual need and we are proud of our ability to just that.

History

Established in 1977.

Originally a grocery store opened in 1954 by Anna and James Tanoos, son Joseph Tanoos changed direction and opened a small boot store in 1977. As the need for safety increased, Tromp and Tread eventually became one of the leading provider of safety and work footwear in the Wabash Valley. Currenty Tromp and Tread has relationships with numerous manufacturing, mill, factories, and industrial plants in Indiana. Third generation son Paul Tanoos manages and runs the newer venture of providing a Mobile Safety Truck service.
