History

Established in 2002.

Our company specializes in remodeling, restoration and repairs of older properties. My background in historic preservation, commercial architecture, construction oversight, home design and home building allows me to offer a complete construction services package from the planning phase to move in. We offer General Contracting services with in-​house project design as well as coordination of architectural design services for larger projects provided by local architects.

To keep prices low, our in house personnel perform the majority of work, with the balance of work being performed by insured sub-​contractors. To ensure high quality work, sub-​contractors are held accountable for satisfactory production, through owner-​approved applications for payment, and are paid, based on the percentage of completion of their individual work.
