History

Established in 1996.

I started my business in 1996 after about 10 years of working at other companies as a comercial service tech. I felt like the best way for me to take care of my family was to start a business that could grow and become a part of our community.

I quickly learned that family is more than blood relatives, and I can easily say everyone here at A.W. Roberts is my family, and as a family we feel it is our responsibility to provide your family with the best service possible while being as polite and curtious as you should expect.

We make your goals our priority, and in 2013 we switched over to a flat-​rate billing system to remain truly consistent in our billing and customer interactions. You’ll never be kept in the dark about your prices, and we charge by the job – not by the hour.

We believe growth is more than developing a larger company – growth is always learning to be better technicians, being more loyal to customers, and always striving to make business better for all involved.

Business Owner

Allen Roberts, born in Terrell Tx, served in the U.S. Army where I received the rank of sergeant. Worked in the HVAC industry for 10 years, before I decided to start my own business. Have had A.W. Roberts Heating and Air for going on 18 years. I have two children that attend Wills Point school, and a lovely wife that teaches school in Crandall tx.
