Hulsey Public Library offers DVDs, downloadable audiobooks, books on CD, large print books, and online information not accessible from standard search engines as well as books for children, teens, and adults.

The library’s adult education program, Wings, provides reading, writing, and math tutoring for adults; classes for adults learning English; and computer literacy classes in English and Spanish.

Hulsey Public Library is a wi-​fi hot spot and offers desktop and laptop computers for public use.
