Took my vehicle to get an oil change and the tires rotated. Dropped the car off at around noon, went to pick it back up at 5. I paid for the service and went to take off and noticed that the tires WERE NOT ROTATED. 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and they couldn’t even get that done? On my receipt, it even said that they were rotated. Went back inside and told the lady about this. She confronted the «gentleman» about whether or not he worked on the vehicle. He was extremely rude to her, obviously not giving a crap about whether he did his job correctly and that there were customers in the room that could hear him. I ended up leaving the car there and picking up later, but needless to say, I checked that everything was done properly. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Incredible service! I bought a used truck on a Saturday evening and the first thing I had to do was get tires and brakes done ASAP. They took the time to find the right size tire and did a complete tire change, alignment, and brake job all in about an HOUR!
Right across the street from the mall too! This makes wait times a lot easier to take.

WOW! Looks like alot of people hate this place. Well, as of yet, I have no complaints. Sometimes they’ll have these buy 3 get one free deals on tires and if you ask me, that’s the way to go. The mechanics all seemed pretty cool and fairly well-​groomed and the waiting room was tucked away in the corner out of view of the counter guy so the next time my cable gets shut off I think that I could get away with lounging over here and watching a Robocop marathon or something. Hell, I could be in there for hours if it’s a slow day.

Got a front end alignment and it seemed like they did nothing. They then told me I needed some other repairs so the alignment was not holding. In the process of taking my car back, they decided to break my wheel bearing. My car drove find but when I drove away from their garage, it felt like I was about to lose a wheel. I asked them how they even did any work since I have lock lugs and they tried to tell me my wheel key was in the car when it was with me the whole time. They then tried to make up this story about how they used a «magic universal key» to get the wheels off. They refunded my money for the alignment but still had to pay for other repairs. I called a lawyer and unfortunately it is too hard to prove they broke the wheel bearing.

AVOID.
Didn’t do a complete job, broke my hubcap.
Went here for a tire patch at 8am on a Sunday.
They didn’t try to sell me new tires– although most of the time I wasn’t there waiting. They said the patch would be done within half an hour, I got back 45 minutes later and they were still working on it. 25 minutes after that I went to check and the car was sitting out in the parking lot ready to go, they hadn’t tried to call me or check whether I was in the waiting room.
Checkout was fine, again no up-​selling (possibly because there was always a line of people waiting at intake/​the register).
Then I got in my car and realized they didn’t reset the tire pressure warning light. I walked in and asked to have it reset– they said it resets after you drive around awhile… except I have a Volkswagen and I know it doesn’t do that. Front desk said he’d have a mechanic come «right out» to do it– 15 minutes later I’d Googled it and done it myself. Went in and told him not to bother sending the mechanic, to which I got a blank look– pretty sure he’d totally forgotten about it– and no apology.
So far the patch is holding air, but I won’t be back.
A couple days later, noticed the hubcap of that tire was nearly falling off– a good portion of the plastic clips that hold it in had been snapped off, and I know they were all fine before I took the car in.

I had a friend take the car in for me because I didnt have time. They were suppose to replace the headlight and change the brake pads. It cost $ 400! They took advantage of my friend not knowing much about cars and told him they needed to replace the rotor in order to replace the brake pads.
THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO DON’T MUCH ABOUT CARS

I had a leaking tire patched at Tire Kingdom, only to have it start leaking again 1 month later. They also told me that I need 4 new tires! I am too poor to buy 4 new tires from this place, so today (a month later) I drove out to a used tire place in Marrero that told me that I don’t need new tires, the ones that I have now are fine! Tire Kingdom was trying to trick me into spending over $ 400 on new tires when I don’t even need them!
They also charged me $ 30 to patch that hole. The place I took it today re-​patched it for me. They actually found another leak, and did 2 patches for only $ 7. There is no reason to go to Tire Kingdom. They are liars, their work is sub par and they rip you off!

I went in to get my tires rotated and to fix a slow leak on a tire. I asked how long it would take and they said about 20 min. After 20 min, the floor manager (Tim) wanted me to look at the tires and tried to convince me that I needed to order 4 brand new tires b/​c there were some slight cracking along the side walls. He also said that the flat couldn’t be fixed b/​c it was too close to the edge of the tires. Both of these facts, I learned later, are not true. They were just trying to swindle me into buying new tires. Well, now when I need new tires, I would be going to Tire Kingdom anywhere b/​c they practice deceitful and dishonest practices.
