O’neill Richard Jr & Associates Law Offices of

This law firm was recommended to me, specifically Richard O’Neill. I was under the impression he was extremely interested in representing our group. So based on that, I called his office a few times and spoke with his secretary. I was told to leave a message with her and he would call me back. I sent SEVERAL emails with all my contact info, and my reason for contacting him. I spoke with the person who recommended him, and this person assured me Mr. O’Neill was interested and would get back to me. Well, needless to say, I did not get any response from him at all! We are talking about a period of several months with me trying without any luck to hear from him. He flunks in the professional courtesy department! If circumstances had changed, and he was no longer interested, he definitely should have called or emailed me. If this is how he operates, his law firm can’t be too successful. People are owed any sort of response, it’s just simply rude not to and totally unprofessional. NEVER HIRE HIM OR HIS LAW FIRM !!!
