I’ve been working in hospitality for over 5 years, although I understand this isn’t a luxury hotel, I expect good customer service. When there was only one set of towels and 2 people in our room, I went downstairs to talk to Jake around 11:30pm & he said there were no more extra towels. I know that this wasn’t accurate but instead of arguing I thanked him and went on my way. I’m not sure if he was lazy, or if he had a problem with my skin color but I’ve never experienced customer service this poor. I think they should honor the requests of their guests if we’re paying a fee for their services.

Probably the single worst place I’ve stayed. Cigarette burns all over the place. You can almost smell the stench of death sweeping through the complex. The manager was completely inhospitable. Decrepit, run down, and filthy! Oh, the worst part you ask? BEDBUGS!!! Stay somewhere else, pay the extra $ 20 and stay at the motel 6 down the road. I’m not paying $ 34 for bebugs again! It should just be shut down. My guess is the health inspector will feel the same way.
