My first experience here was great, the second one not so good. Their printer broke so it took 3 weeks to get my paintings back when it would usually take one week, which wouldn’t have been so bad except they called and told me they were ready but when I went to get them the next day (during business hours) no one was there. An employee showed up about ten minutes later and said the owner had left, locking her phone and keys in the store. After waiting a few more minutes the owner showed back up, giving no explanation or apologies. To make matters worse, my images were not ready as I had been told the day before and I had to wait another 45 minutes for them to find the images, print a proof and burn a cd. I will more than likely be looking for a new place next time I want to have some of my paintings scanned.

The female worker appeared hungover, she was rude and didn’t pay attention to the customer I was with picking up her prints. The female identified herself as the owner. She didn’t give my friend the attention she deserved. I would never recommend this business for any printing needs.
