Imagine that… now I get a bill from them and the manager that promised me she would handle my move out and make sure there were no charges is no longer there. This place is absolute trash. SO glad I got a new Real home in a house.

This is the WORST place to live! If you have any class, do not move here. You have to detour just to get into these construction infested mess!
It’s a joke, just like the office staff. They pretend to care about your concerns, but at the end of the day they are as fake as veneers. If they even answer or respond, they put you on the back burner and are not concerned about your safety. It takes at least 10 times of calling the office to even get a hold of someone. It’s very deceiving, and the wonderful office staff makes it seem like such a great community. It’s great if you have a heavy dose of Extra Strength Tylenol!
I have multiple friends who are well know apartment locators who have removed this place as an option entirely. Guess I’m not the only one who sees how this place operates! #wordofmouth
It’s so loud and disruptive with the neighbors as well. They purposely stomp very loud and let their kids run wild like they’ve never be around any type of home training in their life! It’s miserable! This is the worst place I’ve EVER experienced. The cops are very well aware of this complex due to the fact that they are here a few times a week. If you are looking to rent, I’d definitely look somewhere else. I’m sure you’ll be much happier! After talking with other neighbors, they are just as ready to leave. Lol
My deepest condolences to anyone who chooses to live here. They have really gone down hill as well as the rates with the amount of vacant apartments they will start to see within the next few months.

You can hear EVERYTHING!!! from your neighbors walking around, using the bathroom, talking coming through the ceilings, when they sit down on the couch, and noises that don’t make any damn sense. The walls and ceiling have no insulation and are paper thin. It is bad enough that when I made a noise complaint about the ceiling creaking every time my neighbors walked and the ridiculous level of noise they make doing who knows what, the construction manager flat out said the apartments were cheaply made and my specific unit had «bad patch jobs» from previous water damage and lack any form of insulation. If you are fortunate, your neighbors are aware of that and do their best to not make so much noise, but you are more than likely not that lucky. The quality of tenants is a mix of people speeding through the complex, leaving trash and used condoms in the grass, groups of people sitting in the stairwell in the hallways with their little kids running and screaming up and down them and low enough for police chases from theft and other criminal activity in the complex. The front «security» gates NEVER work properly. They are always broken and it takes them a week to fix it. The gym is small but decent. The pool is fairly big but shallow, only goes to 3 ½ feet. For whatever reason they thought it was a good idea to do some serious construction on the outside of the building during the summer making your apartment very hot and makes sleeping impossible as they start construction between 7 – 730 am, don’t finish until about 6pm, and the workers talk/​sing VERY loudly outside your windows. Units come with washer and dryers which is a nice feature, but in all honesty, I wouldn’t dare live in these apartments. Do your research. Every review is the same. This apartment complex is horrific. RUN far, far away from these apartments.
