Great bootcamp! For all fitness levels. They came out and did a class at Luke’s Locker when I was training with their marathon program. I strongly believe, especially as a distance runner, that you should cross train as well as work on strength to avoid injury. Mix it up… don’t always do the same thing over and over expecting different results. This workout I believe provides all of that! The instructors were friendly and interactive. I think it would be great to try out if you’re looking for a fun bootcamp that really does not feel like a workout, but kicks your booty at the same time. Workouts like this make it easier to stick with and will guarantee you will come back and stay consistent.

Camp Gladiator Boot Camp is a 4 week camp and each week focuses on different exercises. There are hundreds of locations and this is only one of them. This one is located in the parking lot behind the shopping strip. They have a bring a friend free week, and Metabolic conditioning. This is a tough boot camp but the trainers are awesome. They encourage rather than discourage. They are not all drill sergeant which I appreciate. Emily is the current trainer for this location and and she is very encouraging, likes to make exercise games that challenge you. Definitely try this out it’s a great workout. The address says The Colony however I believe it’s in the Castle Hills neighborhood.
