Colony Wash & Dry

Clothes were stolen in front of my eyes. Went to put quarters in one dryer all my undies bras and jeans lifted. Confronted lady. She wouldnt return all items. Cameras were down attendant claimed. Also no baskets and the ones there people wont share

I’ve reported this business to the BBB and if I could give this place a zero, I would.
Their dryers run entirely too hot. I put my clothes in for 30 minutes and when I took them out, several of my clothes had burn marks on them and the entire load smelled like a chimney… Since they don’t have any attendants working here, there’s no one who you can complain to when their machines aren’t working properly. Consider yourselves warned, don’t waste your money here and find another place to do laundry…

Just moved into my new place and awaiting for my new washing machine and dryer to be delivered, so I decided to come to the nearest place near Frisco until they arrive AND WITH THE REVIEWS THOUGHT IT WAS OKAY… NOT.
First the place is clean. There was no hassle with Parking. The price for washing insane. I have washed at laundromats for years but .75 cents to start drying in absurd. They are about .75 cents to a dollar for machines. 4 machines $ 10.00 and I have yet to dry. I will stay at the place in Carollton on Kelly with a live Attentded, free wi, tvs, Super clean, most important reasonbly price before I come back to this place.

Nice to use such a very clean Laundry matt.
Nice attendant on duty and was very helpful.
The fellow customers were nice to visit with.
The washers I used were $ 1.50 a load and the dryer was for up to 55 pounds at .25 for 12 minutes

If you have children who aren’t drones don’t go here before 4pm. There is an employee who is extremely rude and unkind to children. My two year old became his main focus and absolute fixation. He spent his time hawking my child to see if he made one false move. When my son touched a rolling cart, the man was on me within seconds referring me to their many signs. My son wasn’t racing them or riding in them, he was just pushing it to help his mom. Most people in laundromat s are in a bad way, either because one of their own machines broke (like in my case) or because they don’t have one for whatever reason. How about a little kindness and a smile? The last place I want to be is in a laundromat that smells like wet dog, with a two year old. My husband was finally out of his meeting and I drove my son to him while my clothes dried. I noticed that after 4 pm there were a bunch of kids, running around, racing the carts and touching the machines. The word must be out… Come after the exceedingly grumpy man leaves! My new set will be delivered tomorrow, thank God!

Needed a laundromat at the last minute– went to good ‘ol Unilocal and found this place! Open 24hrs (thank you!) and yes, VERY clean. The owner is very helpful and staff great as well. Look for it across from the Valero on the VERY front of the NW corner– I will make it to work now!

Clean Laundromat! VERY Well maintained and prices are very reasonable. I come to the laundromat just to wash my comforters and its good to know they have a good supply of heavy load machines that are reasonable $ 4 cleans a King Sized Comforter. I will definitely be back!
