STAYAWAYFROMTHEM!!! THEWORST!!! If I could give them less than one star I would. They are incompetent and we caught them in a lie. The only reason we used them in the first place is that our home warranty company(American Home Buyer) sent them out. Now, I don’t think they will use them either. The same think that happened to Mary E. happened to us, a dishwasher related repair. They came out to look at it, said it needed a part(motor, I think) didn’t show up for two weeks, then came to put it in and decided we need all kinds of other parts, never showed up again. Needless to say they never returned any of our calls, they have one of those automated systems you can’t get around. Then they wouldn’t even return the home warranty company’s calls. Don’t use them and tell your warranty company not to use them either. You have been warned!!!

Horrible customer service. This contractor was assigned by our home warranty company for a claim submitted in December. Technician said the control panel on my Kenmore Elite dishwasher needed to be replaced. I’ve been waiting on that part for 5 weeks now. They don’t answer their phones, you get transferred to voicemail, they don’t call back for days, and they provide no updates. I last spoke with a representative on January 15th, and the part was meant to come in on January 19th. Haven’t heard anything from this company for the last 10 days, and as usual they won’t pick up their phones or return your calls.

what a nightmare of a company. I bought a home and the seller purchased American homebuyer insurance who sent Finchs out to repair my dishwasher. They came out to fix my dishwasher(I was told it by the repair guy that I needed a new motor). They made an appointment to bring the part back to fix my dishwasher, they never showed up after I stayed home all day. I called repeatedly to have them install the part, they never responded… It’s been weeks now and they have just ignore me. I’m out 65.00 for the service call and still have a broken dishwasher. Useless and a complete rip off… this company will not answer their phones, they do not respond to calls. DONOTEVERCALLTHISCOMPANYFORANYTHING you need fixed, they’ll take your money and ignore you. Update… This takes the prize. So the guy finally shows up today(after I assume they saw this report) and was supposed to be installing a new motor… He calls his boss from my house who says based on his notes we don’t qualify as the dishwasher workds(no it does not, it does not clean and it makes a banging noise). so they just brings me a couple of new wheels for the basket… So now I have a dishwasher that doesn’t clean, I’m out $ 65.00 and 2 days I had to stay home from work waiting on these clowns. This is now officially the worse appliance business I have ever dealt with.

TWODAYS still trying to get on the schedule. Fridge broke… took OVER a week to get the part(they said it was the warranty company). Came out, fixed it, it worked for four weeks. Here we are AGAIN. calling and calling and leaving messages for two days now, nobody responding. This is just to get on the schedule to get them here to see what the problem is. If you want to be frustrated… call them… otherwise RUN. Find another company that will actually call you back.
