Forgot to give me my coffee, came back, dude had my coffee waiting when I pulled up, good times

I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, no one ever came to take my order so I walked out.

Just pulled into the drive through and before we could order, we saw 3 RATS in the drive through lane and around the dumpster… which isn’t more than 15 feet from the restaurant. We left. No way I’m ordering food from this location.

Got here at 4 in the morning since it is 24 hours and I was just too far from the one I always went to. Only AFTER i said «hello» did the staff say «hold on» so rudely. If there were a long line in the drive thru, I would understand the situation but my car was the only one there. The lady taking the order was a little rude with her tone, who knows why but that would not be my problem. Came here for the first time to order and don’t think that I’ll be coming here again lol

I quit eating here for several years due to bad service. Unfortunately after 8 hours at an er, I needed food fast. I decided to stop on the way home. I ordered a chicken fajita pita, just chicken and cheese. Simple huh… just chicken and shredded cheddar cheese… How hard is that? Apparently it was too hard for them. When I arrived home I opened my bag to find… A pita with chicken in it and liquid nacho cheese… So much nacho cheeae/​spray cheese it was Literally oozing out of the pita. I thought about trying to scoop it all out and wash the chicken to get off the cheese ooze and add some chedder from my fridge. But, in the end why should I be washing my food to get it clean. I called the store and spoke to a woman who was rude and couldn’t be bothered to explain «Why my sandwich had nacho cheese on it.» I was told in a completely disinterested voice That I could come back all the way up there and get it fixed. I’m disabled and was all the way home at the other end of town. I was then told I could get it fixed when I did want to come up there. So no food tonight for me. What I wanted to hear was at least a sincere apology.
Check everything before you drive away. Buyer beware. At midnight they must assume. everyone is drunk and won’t notice shoddy service

Absolutely horrible customer service. I’m a pretty patient and lenient person who doesn’t get upset easily. This was the first time I’ve ever actually asked for the manager, turns out she was just as rude and uncaring. I drove up to the drive through and and asked if I could make two separate orders, one for my friend with his card, and one for myself. She said «we can’t do two separate orders it has to be one order.» What? So I backed out of the drive through and went inside and asked for the manager and she said the same thing and didn’t care at all. She said that it makes the time between orders «too long» and it makes them «look bad». Huh? The amount of time it took her to BS all that to me, the two orders could have been placed already. I needed to make one order of four tacos, and another order of two. She said «why can’t you just make it one order?» Ridiculous! I told her that’s none of her business and it’s her job to help the customer. What I asked is fairly common and fairly simple. And she refused to do it. FINALLY, she gave in. All the while being rude and unfriendly. I don’t think I’ve ever had such bad customer service experience. I will NEVER give this location my business again, and I strongly suggest everyone go somewhere else. Terrible.

Place has awesome drive-​thru for me. Went 3 times in 2 weeks and everyone was nice, greeted you with a smile, and my orders were correct! What more could I ask for. Guadalupe had great customer service at the drive thru window. Young guy greeted me with my food and a smile. I was able to flag down the female manager behind him to give kudos to her team for the great service. Put me back in a good mood for the rest of the day. Tummy is full and I am one happy customer!

well the food is just like any Jack in the Box so not much to say about that… BUT the night time manager at the moment is aweful! we took my kids there for a quick dinner after running errands and they messed up our whole order. Not only that but when my husband went up to get my son’s order corrected the guy argued with my husband about getting it wrong and actually leaned in like he was going to do something. Eventually he fixed everyting and the food was good and hot but I have never had customer service that aweful!
