No Limit Towing

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Called for a tow at 11:00 this morning through my insurance co. The insurance co. said they would be here in 45 minutes. By 2:00 I grabbed my phone to find out what was taking so long to find the driver had called and wouldn’t come get me until I called them back. I live in an area with limited cell coverage. The person I spoke to on the phone said there were a couple of tows before me and he would be here a bit after. By 4:00, I still had not heard from them. I called and they said that they still had LOTS of people to get to before they get to me. I was trying to get my car to the service department before they closed and if they had come when they said, I probably would have had my car back today. As it is, I have missed a day of work to sit around waiting for them to come to end up them refusing to come get my car. Bad business!!!

This company is very reliable and helpful. Micah was there to tow my van when he said he would and maybe the nicest and most honast guy ever. I very much reccomend using No Limit Towing over the other company in town.

Great service! The owner came so fast and was a big help to me and my friend, our tire got flat on the highway on Sunday… So he towed our car and drove us to the place we needed to be! He was very polite and helpful!

We were quoted a price of $ 500.00 to tow our truck from The Dalles to Portalnd which I thing is high to start out with. We gave the a credit card number over the phone so they could bring the truck and our driver back here. Now I see that they charged our credit card $ 771.50 for the trip. This is for something that took them about 3 ½ hrs max. Don’t get ripped off use somebody else.
