I Live here in The Dalles I am a husband and father, Grew up near by. I have done many things from construction, farming, trucking and iron working, When we started having children I took over more of the cooking. I found out I really liked it and soon other people, family, and church groups started asking me to do the food for them. Then I found myself catering weddings, I built my own BBQ smoker trailer and when I saw the 1975 International Short School Bus for sale I could not resist going into business, I restored and painted it and got it ready and here we are. I grew up eating organic and home grown food, and that is what I feed my family, so that is what I serve, what I would feed my family.
