I schedule an appointment for my 7 year old at 4:30pm I arrived 10 minutes before. The person that I schedule with came is and said I’ll be with you shortly. the wait time was 1 hour just not acceptable. They Over book this place. Definitely not going back.

Yes. I get my hair cut at JC Penney and I’m not ashamed to say it. I always had problems getting my hair cut no matter where I went in New Jersey. I always ended up getting terrible hair cuts that made my hair look puffy and like a triangle until I came to JCP in the Newport mall. My hair is a mix between Mexican and Italian/​Sicilian descent so its very thick but fine hairs so there’s basically more hairs on the head that there are stars in all of the galaxies in the universe combined.
I strictly go to the hair stylist Jacibi, who is the master hair stylist. Jacibi really transformed my hair, she knows how to cut Hispanic types of hair and was able to cut my hair so that it grows downward and not OUTWARD.
Great prices too and good hours. JCP forever
