This place is a JOKE! I’ll have to wonder who made such a high review for this practice! I can’t even begin to describe my BAD experience here!
First off, I was able to request my medical records fax to their office the Monday week of my Friday appt. I called the office to make sure it was received. Confirmed. I was told to come in 30 minutes before my 12pm appt which I did. Payment was taken before my new patient paperwork was handed. I completed and handed back to front desk by 12:07pm. I think I was brought back by 12:30pm. The medical assistant did their routine check up and I waited until 1:30pm to actually seen by the doctor. This is not even close to why I’m ranting.
Dr Laura comes in and apologizes for my wait and continues to shake it off like my wait was not even an issue! She continues chat like I’m clearly so annoyed. Asking me questions about my history. Hello??? Did you not read my medical records that I made it a priority to get it sent to your office in a timely manner and you haven’t read it? So, the assistant pulls it up and said it was just scanned in!!! What!?? You haven’t read my history and I’m
Just repeating myself to clue you in? The Dr. and the assistant talks to eachother like im not there. «I didn’t know she was coming today.» Seriously? How can you not know? I was scheduled. At that moment, I was ready to walk out, but wait u already paid for this visit. I’ll grin and bear it and get what needs to get done.
This practice is owned by Dr. Laura. No use of calling the office manager about my complaints. I’m sure she’s all in it too!
Will never recommend anyone coming here nor will I ever return after I get what I need done! What a stressful visit at a cardiologist office! Something sounds VERY wrong here! :D
Don’t let «The Woodlands» attached to this practice fool you, thinking you are getting the Best service!

Dr. Laura Fernandes has extensive knowledge and treats her patients in a very kind and humane way. She is expert in Cardiology and very experienced in Cardiac and Vascular interventions. I recommend her for everybody who is looking for a treatment of excellence.
