I entered my information online, had an email within SECONDS, had a phone call within thirty minutes, and the repairman was at my house an hour later — no rush fee, no weekend fee (and this was a Sunday night!) They repaired the problem in about 30 – 45 minutes, explained everything patiently and clearly and when I was given the price ($ 179) I was totally happy to pay it because EVERY drain in my house was clogged and everything was working so quickly! Plus he was so nice and friendly — ON A SUNDAY NIGHT! I was kinda blown away and I’ll definitely be using them again. (well — hopefully I won’t need them — but if I do, I’m calling bluefrog!)
