Have been to this store many times. I have always received great service from whom ever happens to help me. Most stores just point you in the right direction to find your part on the shelf. The manager Scott goes above and beyond by actually grabbing the part off the shelf for you. The guys behind the counter are knowledgeable and helpful. I no longer go to the other parts stores on the same street.

It’s a parts store, nothing spectacular about what they have in stock but the people make the difference. Personable group of guys who are willing/​able to help you diagnose and fix your problem. Knowledgeable staff that will also leave you alone when you don’t need help or to be up-​sold while checking out. How good can a $ 2 flashlight be anyway Auto Zone? My go-​to parts store in Thomasville.

Went in there today with a burnt out headlight. I figured they would show me the bulb I needed and send me on my way. I have had several problems with this bulb. Scott, the manager, walked out, popped the hood and told me it could be the seal and he may not be able to get that and I might have to go to the dealer for that. I figured he was going in to check and then he came out with tools and he removed my battery to get to the light and checked the seal and said it looked ok. He said the bulb was burnt out and fixed it and helped get me on my way. It’s so refreshing to have such great service. I will never go to Auto Zone or anyone else ever again.
