History

Established in 2008.

Autobody Advantage has seen their business grow significantly each year since their inception in 2008, when the first shop opened in Spring Hill. That location was so successful that ABA opened their Thompson’s Station location in 2011 and expanded its range of services to include complete automotive care services in January 2015.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Mr. Grimes received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh after which Jim attended Graduate School at Middle Tennessee State University in the area of Industrial/​Organizational Psychology. After graduate school Jim held management/​executive Human Resources positions with Nissan Manufacturing, The Pillsbury Company and Emerson Electric. From 2000 – 2008, Jim was the Regional Director/​Vice President of Human Resources for AutoBody America, managing four locations in Middle Tennessee as well as providing corporate oversight in HR, Safety and Environmental for all sixteen locations.
