They let me walk out the door without renegotiating my contract. I was an AT&T customer for 12 years. Verizon welcomed me with open arms.

Only one person working on a Friday night and there were 4 people in line ahead of me so needless to say I had a long wait to be served. Once I did though, the salesperson was extra apologetic for the wait and more then exceeded my expectations and needs. Even saved me money on my cell phone bill. This is what customer service should be like everywhere but is so rare now a days.
