Michael P. Rudy, CPA

Mike received a B.S. degree in Accounting and has over 25 years of experience. As a former Revenue Agent with the Internal Revenue Service, Mike has extensive tax experience and specializes in servicing the financial and tax needs of businesses in various industries as well as individual clients. He has a broad range of experience involving financial statement preparation, income tax planning and preparation, tax problem resolution, new business start-​ups, and legal entity formation. Mike serves as a consultant and business advisor to his clients on various matters including retirement plans, bank negotiations, acquisitions, health insurance plans, and financial planning. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
