Established in 2011.

Flatirons is a growing company that was established in Colorado in 2011. We have done full rental property flips for property management companies, realtors, and private owners. We offer many services and pay close attention to detail.

We are licensed and insured. We are registered and are in good standing with government agencies such as: Central Contractor Registration, and ORCA, Secretary of State of Colorado.

The owner is always available and many times onsite to ensure all clients get the best quality and close attention is paid to detail.
