History

Established in 2003.

I started Homefront Inspection LLC as a result of and inspection of my home purchase. The report left me with little information and I felt the inspector could have done a better job. Wanting a change from may current business I decided to learn to inspect homes. I got my home inspection training and certification from a school in Utah. Joined the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspection and became the president of the Colorado Chapter.

I paid attention to my clients needs and introduced many additional services so I could provide my clients with the best service for their money.

The business grew and now I have 1 additional inspector and an office manager that keeps us busy.

Putting our clients first is our top priority. You won’t be dissatisfied with our service.

We have had Dave from Home Front come out to inspect two different homes that we were looking to buy. I am a first time home buyer, and was appreciative of Dave letting me follow him around. He shared a lot of great information with me and answered all of my questions. I also go the inspection report back the same day complete with pictures from the inspection. This was so helpful, particularly because we had a tight timeline with one of the houses. I will use these guys for all future inspections!

My husband and I used them after finding them on Tom Martino, «the troubleshooter’s», website. They are a brother team who are timely, respectful, and efficient. The entire inspection went quickly as one explained the paperwork to us and both eventually performed the inspection. We received a CD of the plumbing line and a PowerPoint presentation at the end with their concerns, pictures, and videos of the house. Since we are first-​time home buyers they took extra time to explain things to us. Would definitely recommend!!!
