We are dedicated to demonstrating that mediation is a practical alternative to resolving conflicts. Professionally trained and experienced mediators are available to assist you in resolving your dispute.

Meet the Business Owner

Kathryn P.

Business Owner

Kathryn has a degree in Human Services, with a focus in Mental Health and Counseling. She has received formal training and continues to pursue continuing education to maintain status as a qualified Professional Mediator. Kathryn is also trained in Community Group Conferencing and is currently working with youth in restorative justice. She coaches new mediators at Regis University and at Colorado Free University.

Divorce and parenting-​related concerns are commonly addressed in mediation. Given that, Kathryn has developed extensive expertise in pre– and post-​decree divorce concerns. She teaches classes to new mediators and to the general public on «How to do a Divorce».

Kathryn is a licensed general contractor and has specialized experience in resolving construction, real-​estate, and HOA disputes. Additionally, she has successfully handled situations as diverse as EEOC discrimination work for the Federal government, embezzlement concerns, and many other types of mediation.
