After spending over 10 bucks on a noodle soup with added pork-(Extra Charge almost 3 bucks), I was still hungry. I ordered to go and the bowl was about the same size as a cup of chili from Wendy’s, there was so little noodles I was able to pick them all up with the chopsticks and could have ate them all in one bite if I was so inclined. The food was ok and i appreciate the trend toward smaller portion sizes but for the price I there should have been more food or the taste should have blown me away(it didn’t).

Never do I feel the need to write reviews but this was just ridiculous. Maybe if we get enough bad reviews corporate will give a damn and help this location out. I love Noodles and Co. Dependable consistent food. Last night after placing my order at 6pm I noticed two older women sending back their food multiple times due to «lack of taste» a lack of tastebuds due to too much smoking if you ask me. And a woman who swore the soda machine was spitting ice out at her and went to complain to the staff member who was running the front alone… She wasn’t pushing her cup back far enough which caused it to hit the rim and fly every where. So ok I witnessed that and figured the workers are having a rough time, I’ll be sure to give them a break. 25 minutes pass. Ok whatever they’re busy. Another 10 minutes. Starting to get a little frustrated. Then I hear the cook say«We already have all orders made.» While the worker is standing at the counter trying to get food bagged and out to customers. Keep in mind there were 4 chefs doing nothing at this time because they were caught up. Didn’t helping this guy out. There are about 6 of us with to-go orders just waiting while he takes the food to the tables. Another 4 people waiting for tables to be bussed because that’s not their job and there was no where left to sir. Took another 10 minutes. It wasn’t until I realized my food had been sitting on the counter waiting to be given to me for 10 minutes before I actually got mad. He called my name and I asked for a side of Sriracha and soy sauce, they had none out like they usually do. He said I would have to ask someone that has it at their table if I could use it. Really? I went without it and asked to speak to a manager. She was no damn help because she didn’t see anything wrong with the excessive amount of people standing around because this one guy is swamped. She made her way back to the back. Unfortunately, she didn’t stick around long enough for me to get her name. All in all it was a horrible experience that has resulted in me choosing not to go back to that location ever again. They can have the one star because my Unilocal makes me and my food still tasted ok. Cold. So ok.

Been here twice. The first time was during dinner time, I ordered two medium noodle dishes and it took almost 30 minutes to get my order. Gave them a pass since it was dinner time rush. Second time was today, went at 4 pm, place was fairly empty, I had to wait for two employees to stop chatting to take my order. Ordered the medium pad thai with beef and it took almost 25 minutes to get my order! As I waited I noticed the people that came after me had been getting their orders before me and some of them had ordered multiple items, I asked one of the employees what the status of my order is and he said they’re backed up with so many orders to handle, which was a lie! There were very few people in there. Worst managed restaurant I’ve seen, filled with employees that had better things to do than their job! Never going back here, terrible services, terrible employees, mediocre food and overpriced.

I normally think quite highly of Noodles and Company but my most recent experience at the Thornton restaurant makes me re-consider how I really feel about this place. I ordered takeout on 10⁄31 and was quite disappointed in how the food was prepared and packaged. Specifically, the following things could have been improved: –Even though I ordered a regular Chicken Noodle soup, they gave me a small Chicken Noodle soup; –The food was all stuffed into one bag which is normally not an issue but they handed me a bag that was partially ripped. Even though the bag was ripped the employee just shoved it into my hands and rudely walked away. –The Mac and Cheese I ordered had two other pasta noodles included. I know the food is all prepared using the same pots and pans but frankly I think it’s disgusting when stray noodles enter into the dish. Besides these complaints I’m also disappointed that I go to Noodles and Company and constantly leave hungry unless I order something else. A small is way too small and a regular is just enough that it doesn’t really leave one completely full. Add in the fact that the food is a little overpriced($ 8.39 for a pasta dish with meat seems a little pricey) and it’s hard to walk away satisfied with the meal experience. Noodles isn’t the worst place to go but I’ve been to many other restaurants that offer so much more than Noodles & Company. They could learn a thing or two from other restaurants.

This is my first Noodles experience ever, being that I just moved to the area. I ordered the small pesto pasta, thinking there’s no way I can eat the large. Well the small that was served to me was pretty much a child’s portion. I finished it and am still hungry. It was delicious… But ridiculously small for an adult(even an adult with a small appetite like me!). I’ll definitely be back but will be ordering a large next time. Staff was great and I love the fancy drink machine. Very clean place.

We’ve order for pick up here 3 times, and 2 of 3 times we had to go back because of incomplete orders(e.g. missing chicken or no sauce). The mac and cheese is disappointing at best — chalky and bland, or at least it was the time I ordered it. I want to order here again but am worried it will come out the same as previous experiences.

Not my favorite noodles. There were dirty dishes on tables. Two Employees were obviously on their phones and simultaneously talking to their visiting friends all while at work and not paying attention to customers. The person who brought me/made my food skimped hard on the ingredients I requested and payed extra for. The only bright spot was the girl who took my order. She was attentive and accommodating.

The restaurant was dirty. All the empty tables had dishes stashed. No one has been around to clean the tables. I asked if they could clean the tables. They just said in a minute. I was there a total of 15 minutes. And I didn’t see one table cleaned.

I went there two times this week. The first time was fantastic, but the second time, they messed up my order TWICE and finally it was fixed after I kept after them. They never once updated me. It took 30 minutes to get my food corrected and leave. Once we got back home, we realized my other order had no chicken it, even after we clearly ordered chicken. All during this time, the tables were dirty, the orders were VERY slow coming out, and the staff was joking around. We saw what appeared to be a shift manager just in the back, not managing what needed to be done or addressing that my order was wrong so many times. He did not talk to me at all. Very poorly managed and seemed to be no organization in getting orders out. I have been to many noodles and company restaurants over the country and not once have I had so many problems. I won’t be coming back here.

My daughter had the Wisconsin mac and cheese, I had the Steak Stroganoff pasta and we shared a Garlic Cheesy Bread. Everything was awesome and the service was quick. Would definitely go back again.

Any noodles and co is a good choice for a fast take out or eat in meal. Good food and fairly quick service. The parking lot is a bit tricky — be careful at night the lighting is not very good. During dinner time the area is very crowded because of the Gym and other businesses. Sign up with them online to get lots of good coupons and even birthday freebees

Almost each time we’ve ordered form here, they’ve messed up the order. They also take a while to get the mistaken order finished. I had penne rosa with no spinach in it and little sauce vs. my husband ordered Bangkok curry and got it with a ton of sauce. Consistency is lacking here. There’s always hope! We hope that all of these mistakes are just as a result of the first year of opening.

Ehhh, my family and i got take out and it was well ok(thumbs down) disappointed. I won’t be back? $ 30 for 2 meals and a kids meal… not worth it. The pastas were dry, pasty, and they just sucked. No bueno. Save your money and go somewhere else

I’ve been here twice… both times I left just feeling ugh about it. First off the price you pay for noodles is kinda high. The service was slow and the staff seemed out of it, I didn’t wait very long for my meal but then again I order chicken noodle soup and potstickers. So the chicken noodle was good, I wasn’t a fan of the huge chucks of chicken just tossed it but I ripped them up myself and it was yummy. The potstickers were umm disgusting! Just plain gross to look at and to eat. They burned them on both sides to the point that they were peeling apart. And the sauce to go with was even worse.

Everything I’ve tried here has been tasty, and if you have food allergies, there’s a menu that lists all allergens. Bonus: they have one of those awesome Coca-Cola machines where you can mix your own unique flavor.

Yummy yummy! I was so happy when they opened up this location. Probably bad how much I enjoy going to Noodles. Large restaurant, outside patio, clean, fairly quick service. Also have orders for take out!

Thornton, Colorado– There is something here for many tastes– meaty sandwiches, salads, soups, and of course noodles. I like that the website has recommendations for gluten free, vegetarians, vegans, and more. I personally like the pad thai with and have been ordering it for years. This location is new and appears to be much smaller than the others I have frequented. The drive through with a huge arrow on the pavement is misleading because they don’t actually offer a drive through service. The staff at the registers are clearly in newbie mode. They are slow, talk too soft to hear amongst the lunch hour noise, and are not as knowledgable of the menu as they should be.

I would love to say I love this place but I don’t. The service was great but the price you pay for noodles is crazy. Second the portions are too small. If I’m going to slap down $ 10 for a noodle based meal I better leave satiated. I’m glad to see something new in this part of town but I sure wish it was a viable option for lunch. I won’t be back because I’ll leave hungry.

All things noodles here. If you like noodles, this is the place. Our party of five each ordered different dishes to try(or maybe it’s because we have different palates) and they were all very good. I ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles with beef/steak. However, the beef/steak meat pieces were not what I expected as it seemed a bit dry and the texture was different than the kind of beef/steak one would get with a Mongolian Beef/steak dish else where. If I had to order the Japanese Pan Noodles again, I would try it w chicken rather. Other than that, it was delicious. The ambiance was warm & nice as well should you decide to enjoy your dish right away while it’s hot. Ordering online and picking up your order to go is another option available.
