Very friendly and helpful service. I called the night before and set up an 8am appointment and he arrived right on time. He took care of my problem and I could not be happier. I would recommend this service.

We made an appointment on Monday to come to the house between 8 – 9 a.m. on Friday to install a gas line for our new cooktop. Told us he would be there early closer to 8:00 a.m. and he is a NO SHOW!!! No call or warning. Why do people not want to work? BE WARNED VERY UNDEPENDABLE! NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS DON!

I am extremely happy with PHI plumbing. Don responded to my call quickly, made an appointment for the next day and arrived on time. He is very personable and professional. His work was impeccable and I highly recommend him. He was very thorough and made sure the leak was fixed entirely before finishing. His prices are reasonable. I will use him for all my clients in his service area.

Don came right out and installed a faucet for me in my kitchen. Very nice guy, and reasonable price. I recommend him highly!

Donald Pohlman did a great job! He returned my call promptly, provided an estimate the same day, and completed the work in 24 hours. We added a gas line in our new home for our dryer. The dryer works great, and I felt he was an honest person. We will definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend PHI Plumbing!

The work that we needed was done but the price seemed high. The plumber first suggested that our check would bounce and then refused to accept a credit card unless he raised the price.

Apparently our house really likes having water issues. Water issues have started to become the bane of my existence. One after another, after another. My biggest complaint with them is I am certain it will cost an arm and a leg to replace and repair anything. So it’s really disheartening when any water issue comes up. Boy was I surprised today.
This time we had a problem with our hose bib in the front of our house. It had cracked inside the house and it flooded our basement.
Truth be told, before meeting Donald from PHI Plumbing Service I didn’t even know what to call the hose bib. When I called him I said something like, «yeah there’s a hook up thing outside that is leaking into our basement». My lack of terminology didn’t confuse him at all. We set up our appointment (which was completely easy) and he arrived on time with a new hose pipe in hand. He knew exactly what needed to be replaced and what was happening before I even showed him. This guy knows his stuff!
He told me upfront what it would cost and I was floored that I didn’t feel like I was getting over charged. The quote he gave me came with the price of the replacement part. I was so pleased and didn’t feel taken advantage of by a plumber for the first time in my life.
I was so pleased with him. I will use him again and give all his information to all of my friends.

Some weeks ago our pipes started banging in the walls and after our daughter had a bath one day the water leaked into the ceiling of the ½ bath below and started coming through the vent on the ceiling.
I looked up plumbing issues on line and did all the things they said to do when pipes start banging in the walls… and nothing worked.
Went to the Water department and asked if it was a water pressure issue from them and was told by the guy that works our area that many people in our area had been having similar problems and it was the water pressure gauges that were installed in the house’s some 15 years ago when they were built.
So anyhow I called Don and we went over the issue and he told me that he was going to be a little more expensive because he used a good quality water pressure gauge after a couple of failed ones previously and he wanted to make sure we had a good quality product.
He really wasn’t any more money to have him out, it really was inline with others using cheaper parts.
Anyhow at the moment we rent the house… and will be buying in a few months, so I advised using him to the landlord.
He came in and made sure before he actually replaced the part that it was in fact the problem!
He checked out the leak… and wouldn’t you know it… no leak… LOL…not idea what it was, but he tightened up the drain and overflow… made sure everything else was working right… we tried and tried to make it leak… Nothing!
So we have not had any other issues… but we asked him about a number of things I had concerns about and he patiently answered my questions, and I never felt that we were being an inconvenience.
Anyhow, we are planning a kitchen renovation and bathroom renovations when we buy the house next year, so we will be having him back to do the work then.
I should also say that both my husband and have worked in the construction industry and have a good knowledge of plumbing, and at not time did Don ever try to stretch the truth or try and do more then was needed.
(he did not know we actually had some knowledge, although we are not experts by any means… hence the questions, but we both understand plumbing to a large degree so were impressed with his knowledge.)
I highly recommend him… he’s clean, quick and patient. Very reasonable pricing as well.

He was friendly, on time, and answered the phone when we called. He fixed the kitchen sink clog with no issues and reasonably priced. We will definitely use him again!

Had a leak in my ceiling and Don came out the same day and fixed leaky toilet that was not installed right. Very helpful and friendly!

Don reworked our kitchen sink, making adjustments to the plumbing hookups so that it would be easy to dismantle as needed during a remodeling project. He replaced soldered fittings with removable ones, replaced glued pvc with some that was easier to disconnect (during the next stage of our remodel). He also found a possible dishwasher drain backup issue and fixed that too (with our approval).
He made the changes we needed to move ahead with our remodel. We liked how he explained everything he was doing and the reason– as plumbing is new to us. He also showed us ways to completely empty the water lines– an obstacle we ran into on a DIY job previously.
His pricing was very reasonable, and especially for getting a master plumber with 20 years of experience! Whether you need help with your own do-​it-​yourself project, or just want it done– we recommend PHI Plumbing!

I called in Friday around 4pm and he still came over. He was very thorough. We will use him next time for sure.

I called on a Thursday afternoon and had him on site Friday morning. All work was completed promptly and for a fair price. Will definitely use them again.

We had an issue on a Sunday and Don from PHI came out quickly and diagnosed our clogged drain. That turned into a busted pipe (old galvanized pipe in the wall). He did not gouge us on a service call for a Sunday afternoon. He was up front and fair with his pricing especially for the amount of work he had to do. We could not be happier with Don and PHI Plumbing, they will be our plumber for all future calls.

Had a Sunday emergency – thought it was a little thing – turned out to be less little. PHI took care of it ASAP. Great service, great price. Very glad to find PHI!

Don was amazing, incredible, and honest. Obviously a master plumber. He diagnosed our problem (which was left by another plumber) and fixed the issue and restored our faith in customer service. His prices were more than fair and he would not leave until we were satisfied. We would highly recommend him to friends and family. He is as good as it gets.

Don @ PHI was awesome! Our Water Heater and Garbage Disposal gave out in the same week, so I called PHI Plumbing. Don was quick to get back with scheduling, had the new water heater and disposal with him the next day, AND took care of a couple other plumbing things that needed attention — all for an extremely reasonable price! I highly suggest calling Don w PHI for all of your plumbing needs.

We had them come out on a Saturday to fix a leak. They did a great job and were willing to come all the way out to Golden! Would use again.

Incredible service — fast, knowledgeable, and reasonable priced. I would HIGHLY recommend! I called on a Saturday for a faucet replacement — I had tried to replace the faucet myself, had it half torn out and couldn’t figure out the rest. He came same day and was done in out quickly — very clean and conscientious.
