Moved here in the summer, okay apartment I guess but if you own any type of Acura car, especially integras, do not move here. Thornton is Always a target. The week before thanksgiving I got my black Integra stolen, 3 days later I bought another Integra(blue)to replace the one they stole. I ended up getting the black one back that same day. Lucky me. Here’s the bad thing, a week before Christmas they stole my new blue one. So Within 4 weeks I’ve gotten 2 cars stolen. Apartment won’t do much, they should improve security because a lot of people get their stuff stolen. I live in fear everyday because of the events that go on, I constantly look out the window and keep an eye on my car.

Last October my scooter was stolen it was a pricey little thing $ 1000 I had it locked up and and still it was taken! Two nights ago my neighbors car was stolen from the exact spot!!! I do not feel safe and now I’m stuck here another year!!! The patrol does not patrol for safety it patrols for parking stickers! Bullshit!!! I think my safety and property should come before 100 $ boots for not having a damn sticker!!! What are you doing to protect your tenants??? I pay 1000 $ in rent wth???

I just moved into Skyline in the beginning of July. Like most, I was down to the wire. I worked with Miss Melinda Taylor who is a absolute rockstar! Super friendly, helpful, and down to earth. Hint* Before you move in make sure you know what amenities your looking for. So far things are golden. I have a beautiful view of the mountains and the price is right! Any problems or concerns I’ve had were immediately addressed by the office(Miss Melinda) and or maintenance staff. The grounds are very nicely kept. The pools are a plus too! It’s quiet, clean and NOBUGS!

READEVERYINCHOFYOURLEASE(BECAUSETHEYDONTEXPECTYOUTOANDTHEREIS a SCAMCLAUSE). I wish I could give no stars. This place is awful! The water gets shut off without notice, stuff gets stolen from your balcony, there is a serious insulation problem, freezing in the winter, hot in the summer, our windows get mold under them from the insulation problem, the unit was never professionally cleaned prior to our move in, I can hear everything my neighbor does right down to snoring. The kids in this complex are hardly parented and are always running around breaking crap. The office ladies are a bunch of RUDEFAKE bitches. The laundry room is always filthy, the gym sucks, there is dog crap all over every inch of the grass. I could go on and on and on. Do yourself a favor and just do not move here. I did because I’m from out of state and needed something last minute, I regret every penny I’ve given this shit hole.

Yea, well for starters the water is constantly going out. When I moved here I didn’t have hot water for three days, had to shower at my job. Called it in and the problem was fixed. My first weekend it rained and a portion of my ceiling fell in due to a leak in the roof. I called the emergency maintenance line, worker was out unclogging a toilet. Was after 10 in the morning before anyone answered my call and they were more concerned with other things. Good thing I have renters insurance is all I could say. I had another run in with the place on Thanksgiving. My girlfriend came in from out of town, arrived around 9PM in the evening. Office is closed and can’t issue out temporary passes. Thanksgiving morning her car was booted. SO had to pay a fee to get it off there with the threat of being towed in 72 hours. The person that came out was not at all entertained by my attempts to reason with him. Lastly, the walls are paper thin, I can actually hear my neighbor snoring downstairs, and my other neighbor gargling in the bathroom. I had to break the lease in order to take a job out of state. They will zing you for every expense they can. Read the lease carefully and insure that you do it to the letter or it will cost you like it did me. DONOTMOVEHERE.

This really is about the worst place you could live… within reason. Everything is true about water shut off w/out notice, screaming kids running around the property, fitness room constantly broken or vandalized, and cars broken into in parking lot. We needed a place last minute after moving from out of state, and man O man was it tough to make it through the year. DON’T DOITTOYOURSELF !!! Rating: –2 stars

These are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in! And I’ve lived in a ton of different apartments. These ones have absolutely no insulation. I had two months in a row last summer where my Excel bill was $ 300 each month because I was running the air conditioning. I can hear everything my neighbors are doing. We’re on the bottom floor and we can constantly hear them talking, walking around, pretty much everything they do. The pipes are super loud and always make banging noise. They are so loud that they constantly wake up my six month old. I cannot wait to move at the end of this month! I would never ever recommend these apartments to anyone! You would think that apartment complexes should have to abide by certain regulations. If that was the case, these apartments would definitely fail! I can’t stress enough how horrible it has been living here. The first apartment they moved us into had cockroaches. They did end up letting us transfer to a new apartment, but I have never been an apartment that was infested with cockroaches.
