Waterford Place Apartments

Okay so almost a year later and my opinion of this placed has completely changed. People leave there trash outside their doors for days and I’m not talking a bag for the night I’m talking Ive walked by the same trash bags for weeks. There is almost always someone double parked and not by accident I mean intentionally «hey I’m a douche look at me» double parked. People smoke on the balconies below us and it gets into the apartment and they smoke in the stairwells because the area is littered with cigarettes. There are loud and dirty people living in apartments around us that aren’t on the lease because they would be violating the occupancy maximum. How could I know this you ask? Well its because the manager told me when I was complaining about it. And are they gone? No. This place is a roll of the dice if you get stuck around douche-​bags then its gonna suck because there’s nothing short of legal action that will get the management to enforce the rules of the place. If you get lucky then it might not be so bad but for us we are not and next year we are moving come hell or high water.
