I’d called and got a specific quote on the phone and made a special trip across town to pick up two frames. When I arrived they were twice the price. The person who helped me said that the person I spoke with was no longer there and he’d given me the wrong quote. Then he offered to give me a 50% off coupon to make up for it, which sounded nice, but was really nonsense since all the frames in the store were«buy one get the second for one penny,» which amounts to 50% off. So even with this supposed discount my frames ended up costing over twice the price that was previously quoted to me.

Helpful employee. Low score for the upper management who let him work a store by Himself. So far 2 potential customers walked out. One of them was for custom framing. Hey corporate, your letting money fly out the door. Staff your store with a minimum of 3 employees.(Long line at checkout)

I went in a few weeks ago to get 6 record frames, they only had 2 so I asked to have some special ordered. No call back. Went in today to check in about the frames(still none in stock) and pick up a 24×36 frame. Every frame I looked at had knicks or scratches on them, no packaging, and there was no way to order a new one from the store. Worst experience ever.

What an a*#h*#e the manager is here! I forgot his name, maybe it was Tom i want to think. I had a return to make here and just down right rude and mean he was. I get it man you hate your life but don’t take it out on customers! The girl that helped me before she needed the manager was super nice tho for what it’s worth. A terrible manager just makes a store terrible tho and that’s fact! Take a road trip and go to the location off of canoga ave. in the valley.

I was framed and I liked it! There was a communication error on the first attempt with my frame job. When I returned the items the employee took full responsibility and immediately worked with me to make it perfect. A week later I had a perfect frame job in my hands, and they didn’t charge me for the difference in price. That my friends is great customer service and how you create loyal customers. Cheers

Upon reading an email from Aaron Brothers offering a bag of art supplies gratis… I quickly got dressed and drove over there. Who doesn’t love a freebee once in awhile!!! At first they would only give me the«goody bag» if I purchased something. Oddly enough my hubby suggested I bring my laptop to show them the ad. For some odd reason I actually listened to him! I did bring it into the store just in case. Sure enough I had to whip it out and the sales people were actually surprised! I did actually come into ask for advice on which glue to use for photo collaging onto plexi-glass. Unable to decide which way to go as far as process… Raymond took me to the back of the store where they offer a wide variety of poster boards to mount photos on to be placed within this plexi-glass serving tray. Still unable to make up my mind as to which way to go… I asked Raymond if he had a small piece of plexi-glass to sample various glues; he obliged me with the piece for which I offered to pay. Raymond emphatically said no! Once again I am thrilled with their Customer Service & work ethics which is such a rare find these days and desperately needed in ALL stores!!! By the way I’ ve shopped here since moving out here in 1998! If you’re looking for quality art supplies as well as Customer Service… this is your place!!!

Stopped here to pick up some art supplies. This location seems a little larger than the Simi Valley store and had a nice selection of sketch pads. The best part is when they run the special sales. Today, we were able to buy one sketch pad at regular price and the second one for 1 cent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful in the lot in front of the store.

The only place where you can find a large selection of metal custom framing choices. The turn-around time is pretty good too. They don’t always get my order right, but they always fix it at no charge.

I enjoy browsing the great selection of frames and art supplies, because I usually know what I’m looking for. Sometimes, though, the ambiance of this store a little more laid back than I’d like and either it takes a few minutes to catch someone to ask a question or to check out my purchase. That would have merited a 3 – 4 star review. Why I love this particular branch is that their frame guy, Ray, took charge of what could very well have been an unreasonable rush job that I brought in and in short order turned a potential disaster(I waited way too long to get this job done) into a total win. He knows what he’s doing and he made a small miracle. That gets 5 stars, no question! I’ll go back there for every framing job I have.

This is a typical art & framing shop. The employees are helpful if you ask them but don’t expect to much from them. I think I spend 40 minutes in the store spent around $ 200(during the $ 0.01 sale so really like $ 400 in actual merchandise) and the only time someone talked to me was when I asked for help. Their frame matte selection is ok but horribly disorganized. I also found it interesting that their prices were almost arbitrate on some of their frames. They also lack many silver options(white, black, or fake wood is what you get).
