Acura of Thousand Oaks

I bought a used 2014 Audi from this dealership and I could not be any happier than having Chris White as my Service Advisor. I had a small problem that he took care of right away. So far it has been a pleasure with any dealings with this dealership. My wife and I plan to use them again to purchase a new Acura for her this year.

USED CAR BUYERS BEWARE !!! So my daughter went to Acura of Thousand Oaks. Looking for a slightly used car. This being her second car purchase was extremely disappointed. At first everything seemed so so. There sales person Gabrielle was nice, up until the point that my daughter explained she had her own financing. through her credit union. After hours of haggling and negotiating. That lasted into the night they finally struck a deal.
The next day after having the car detailed they noticed surface scratches in the paint that were not noticeable at night. And in the dark after being pressured to «take the car today».Was extremely frustrating. So next she called the sales person Gabrielle she explained the findings, she said she was sorry and said when can you bring it in so we can fix it for you.
Now in a second trip to the dealer my daughter got run around from Gabrielle and her manager Paul. who apparently said there was nothing they can do. Now don’t get me wrong, it is a used car but theses scratches look like a 5 year old colored them in with a crayola marker. So basically a 2013 Acura at 25 k looks like shit. Now I see why people drive to other dealerships. some at least an hour away for better customer service. Again I can’t stress enough to stay away from this dealer or Gabrielle. But if you do decide to buy a car here and it’s all night time. tell them you’ll come back in the morning to get a better look. Typical sleazy used car sales people.
Ps if my daughter is any thing like me I’ve purchased 9 new cars in my so far 42 yrs. I usually have gone back to the same dealers who have taken care of me. multiple times 4 trucks from vista ford in woodland hills. 3 Hondas from norm reeves in Cerritos. She will never be back to Acura of Thousand Oaks

I leased a vehicle from Acura of Thousand Oaks today. It was a wonderful experience. Jimmy is a fantastic salesman and was very helpful. He is very knowledgable and friendly. He helped me weigh out my options and was very patient, to say the least. This is my first new car buying experience and I must say that it was a great. I got an awesome deal! I would recommend Acura of Thousand Oaks to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thanks guys!

I recently purchased a used car from Acura of Thousand Oaks and from the beginning with talking to Paul over email all the way to finishing up my financing with Natalia I had such a great experience. Their customer service is like nothing I’ve seen at any other dealership. The whole transaction was seamless and you can tell they care about you. I was truly impressed with Natalia and how she went above and beyond to make sure I got an extended warranty for my car at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

I really wanted to trust their service department, but every time I have come in for a simple oil change there were always other issues I had to address. I drew the line finally on my last visit. They told me I had torn the sway bar and end link boots. This didn’t sound right so I took my car to a friend who is a mechanic and he couldn’t find the issue right away. Then after really looking into it he found a small tear nothing that actually needed to be addressed. I have spent way too much money fixing things at this dealership and I don’t trust them anymore.

I like to write positive reviews when I have an out of the ordinary experience. I had an amazing leasing experience with Nick at the Acura dealership in Thousand Oaks. I was looking to lease a new car for my job in sales, and I had visited 4 other dealers before the Thousand Oaks location. Nick was the sales person who helped me and he was incredible. He was patient, extremely knowledgable, not «sleazy» AT ALL… he made the process very easy. He also got me an incredible deal. I wanted to feel good when I drove off in my new car, and I did. I did not feel like they took advantage of me at all. Natalie in the finance department was also amazing. If you go to this dealership, ask for Nick. Hands down… quality service.

Best car leasing experience we ever had… This is our fourth Acura and our 3^rd MDX.
I was refered to Sam Motamedi by a friend. I gave Sam a call and received a respond with in an our (it was his day off).
Sam told me he will txt me with in the hour the numbers. I stressed to him what numbers I was expecting to pay, and he said he will do his best :-)
He did and after a short time we reached the number we were both happy with.
Best part was the car pick up (we have two young boys) I explained to Sam we don’t like to sit at delar showroom. When we arrived our new car was washed and had a full tank of gas.
Sam had all the paperwork ready with no surprises. We spent less then 20min before we drove off with our new car.

My husband and I went in Friday night to look at a used Lexus that I found online that morning. Gabriella was there to help us– it looked like she was leaving for the night when we showed up but she came back to help us. She had assisted me earlier in the day when I called to get information on the car. We went Friday night to test drive it and came back Saturday to pick it up to take it to our mechanic. My husband and I really can’t stand car dealerships but this was our first time buying a car from a dealer. The process was very fast and painless. Granted the process between going to the bank and dealership took half a day. Gabriella was very efficient and did a great job. I highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a car. Especially due to the fact the customer service is great!

AWESOME! This place is just the best. I came here traveling from out of town and had some trouble with my car I needed checked out. Came in on the day they were celebrating the holidays with a party at the Honda dealership next door. I was just so impressed with this business and how well they not only treat their customers, but really their employees too. They had an awesome raffle for the employees and I saw happy faces returning to work with some pretty nice gifts. That’s so cool to see a business treat their people well. They have an awesome waiting area with a huge tv, goodies galore, water, coffee machine, etc. I was impressed. Whoever is running this place is doing an awesome job period. It’s great to see this dealership has a solid 5-​stars on Unilocal.They so deserve it. I wish I bought my car from here. Next time perhaps. :). I was really pleased with my experience at Acura of Thousand Oaks. From the moment I hit lot the internet sales manager Sebastian Laposse ran out and greeted me with a great ginuwine vibe and enthusiasm. We took a used Audi S4 for a spin then ran the numbers on the vehicle without any pressure or expectation. His main concern was that I’m getting the right deal for my situation due to my trade in. I really appreciate that and would recommend everyone to see him at Acura of thousand Oaks! There is a reason why they are #1 in the district!

Sam Motamedi was an absolute pleasure to work with! My sister and dad recently leased a car from him and recommended me to him. I called and within seconds over the phone, he was able to lay out a great deal for me on the RDX (which I love). I went to the dealership and everything was just as he said. Super professional. I called up told them how much I wanted to pay and exactly what car I wanted. I arrived at the dealer to find my RDX pulled up right in front. Went for a short drive decided it was a go. No pressure. I was shocked that they are still using four squares, but hey I guess they work on some people. They made an offer on my trade, which was very fair but I declined. While waiting for the paper work I thought of the time and energy it was going to take to get two cars home since I was by myself so I asked for an extra $ 150 for my trade, and they gave it to me :)). Happy days. Why did they lose a star? Have you ever bought a new car that was not delivered to you with a full tank of gas? I haven’t, until now. Maybe an oversight or maybe Acura doesn’t do that anymore.
*Update: I got a call shortly after I posted this review. They were supposed to fill the tank, It was an oversight on their part. No one asked me to change my review or anything, but they did offer me to bring the car back next time its empty and they would fill it for me. The chances I am going to drive to TO for a tank of gas are about .01%, but the gesture was appreciated.

Best new car purchase transaction in my illustrious history of purchasing new cars.
Price was excellent, agreed upon in writing prior to my showing up at the dealership. Everything was seamless and the service was unbelievably excellent. No games or tomfoolery — got the deal done. If you’re planning on trading in a used vehicle, be prepared to be dealt with fairly — I am stoked on the deal I got.
Bottom line — I won’t by another Acura anywhere else after what I experienced today.
See for yourself — I highly recommend this dealership.

Sam Motamedi was the reason I went to the TO Acura dealership! He was so easy to converse with and always responded to my emails promptly. He is not your typical «car salesman» type which is a GOOD thing– this made me trust and respect him. When he told me that the TLX that I wanted was on the lot, he had the car ready to go within an hour. The entire experience took just about an hour. There was no haggling, awkward negotiations or unrealistic bartering. I was actually dreading the whole car experience because I had a not so great experience at another dealership. Sam and the entire Acura dealership changed my viewpoint of the entire car buying experience.
I’m super happy with my TLX and super happy with the respect that I received from this dealership!
