All EyeCare Optometry

My daughter and I both use All Eyecare now. She was unsuccessful in getting contacts previously and could not get them in. Dr. Trinh provided four solutions and we were able to walk through two out of the four on our first visit. I asked my daughter why she was successful in getting the contacts in this time and she told me that when Dr. B was instructing me, he didn’t rush out and I could tell he was there with me as long as I needed him. He encouraged me and kept adjusting my approach until I figured it out.
I’m telling you that there is no way that she would have gotten any contacts in without this team. I highly recommend this group. They are kind, professional and highly ethical.
P. S. All costs etc including my co– pay vs. insurance were completely worked out for me so that I could easily make my choices.

I had the best first experience at All EyeCare Optometry this week and am so glad that I found that office. My husband and I went in for our eye exams and picked out our new glasses. Dr. T and all of his staff from the receptionist to the assistants were fabulous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office for your eye needs!

Nice helpful staff. I got my glasses prescription from another doctor that didn’t have a style I liked. All EyeCare Optometry was able to use that RX and allow me to get my glasses there. I will go back and try their Doctor for my next exam.

Wonderful! I was driving all the way to Santa Clarita to see a specialist for my keratoconus. I was referred to Dr. T. by my daughter’s local optometrist and have been greatly satisfied with the prompt and professional service. After 10 years, I am now wearing contacts again!

I have been a patient for a little over a year and I’m really impressed. Dr. Trinh really takes the time to listen and explain things. Some of the office staff is great also and some are just so-​so, therefore the 4 stars. (I don’t give my stars easily) ;)

I’m changing the rating from one star to 3 starts because I got a prompt response from physician, he seems to be caring. However, I found another ophthalmologist and I’m happy with him.

Not only the worst optometrist I’ve ever dealt with, but the worst overall consumer experience I’ve ever had. Rx was not right and lenses given to me scratched, and was led to believe I had somehow scratched my «scratch resist– not scratch proof» lenses in the time it took to try them on. They broke my plastic frames and would not replace them. Then he said he’d give me $ 125 towards new frames. THEn said $ 25. When I showed him his email where he said $ 125, he said he would not honor that. Then said he would not help me all together. Worst optometrist you will ever come across.

After Dr. Trinh reached out to me he invited me back to the office to discuss my experience and I was pleased to say everything was sorted out. He helped me out with the insurance situation and was very kind and open to everything I had to say. Dr. Trinh and All Eye Care Optometry are wonderful! He is very helpful, explains everything thoroughly and down to earth. The machines are all up-​to-​date/​state of the art, and the office is very tidy and clean.

My husband and I came to see Dr Trinh today. I saw all the great reviews here and my interest was piqued. He was kind enough to squeeze my hubby in although originally only I had an appointment. The office is equipped with the latest equipment including a machine that is an alternative to dilation and which takes photos of your eye. But what most impressed us was his deep knowledge and how well he communicated it. He was honest about my cornea being a war zone and showed me all the scar tissue and irritated areas in my eyes, and made me realize how I need to start taking out my contact lenses every night instead of sleeping in them for weeks on end. With my hubby, he offered tips for retaining moisture in the eye and options given his lasik outcomes. Since I have a science and healthcare background, I really appreciated Dr Trinh’s detailed explanations and advice. Will be back for a followup next week and plan to get a pair of glasses too. Definitely come see Dr Trinh — he’s the type of doctor who makes you excited and believe in the medical community, and whom you can trust to look out for your best interests.

One of the best eye appointments ever. Dr. Trinh was thorough as well as explaining what he was doing every step of the way. I would recommend anyone to choose All EyeCare Optometry for their eye needs.
Also, the office staff was wonderful. They really helped me to find a pair of glasses that worked and took their time and I never felt rushed or pressured to get the more expensive glasses.

Thanks to Dr. Trinh for a thorough exam, in helpful information. I had been in once before when I developed a stye, and he gave me great advice, and that I could solve the problem without antibiotics. That was good news. Unfortunately he detected a problem that must have been there for a while, and the last two optometrists did not mention to me. Very disappointing to find out.

Dr. Trinh is an incredibly patient man. I have bad vision (–7.00, –5.00) and I came in for the first time for an eye exam. He gave me sample contacts to take home, and they ended up drying out my eyes (I’m sensitive, it’s not his fault, I had requested that brand) and I came in for another pair. I also have astigmatism, so it’s harder to have lenses suction on to my eyeballs. He gave me different solutions to try as well.
After a few more back and forths, I was good to go!
A couple weeks later, my coworker had pinkeye. I called Dr. Trinh, and he saw me for no charge. (I did not have pinkeye, I was simply paranoid since I’ve seen Knocked Up, and I don’t want to look like that.)
Very nice man, all the office staff are kind as well.

I would like to tell you about Dr. Trinh in Westlake. I just spent my first exam with him today. He was sharp and his staff are all top of the shelf.
Certainly it was well spent of my time. Also he fixed my prescription and repaired my old eye wear too and all quite reasonable.
The gals and guys are all so helpful and know all about dealing with your insurance company, etc. All the high tech instruments as well.
I highly recommend Dr. Trinh as the man for all your eye needs. A great selection of eye wear too. Plus he is a congenial man who you can relate to easily. A real likeable fellow.

I really liked Dr. Trinh! He is very nice and professional, and just the kind of doctor I was hoping for. They had new equipment, the exam was thorough, and it was a very relaxed experience. I also appreciated the assistance of the young lady who helped me select flattering glasses afterward.
My only disappointment was that I was initially told my glasses would be ready in 1 week. After 9 days, I am now told that they will take a week longer.

I’ve never written a Unilocal review on an optometrist. so this says alot about him. He is a cool guy and extremely honest. He gave me a heads up on all possible aspects of my eyes I should worry about that my previous optometrists have never.
He didn’t go and try to have me overpay for products that I don’t need. And at the end because they were having some promotion with a years supply of contacts he hooked it up with a free pair of sunglasses. (I think that might have been a one time deal.) but seriously. THE BEST experience i’ve ever had. and I recommend him to anyone looking for an optometrist in the valley!
By the way the office shares a driveway with chevron in case you get lost!

Update: Dr. Trinh and his staff are professional yet super friendly and they take the time to listen. It’s rare to find this type of service these days when our expectations are always on a go.
They explain everything thoroughly and have the most up to date equipment!
This place is about an hour away from where I live, but it’s worth it.
