love this place !!! got my screen fixed in under 45 minutes. although few weeks later my screen started typing random things by itself and being all glitchy, I called and they replaced it for free in under 30 minutes! still works perfect, oh and the guy who works in the front sometimes with the southern accent, damn he is cuuuttee!!! 10⁄10 would recommend this place

That should say enough about how many times AMCPR has revived me. Iphone 4, 5, 6 & honestly at this point, I have already cracked my Iphone 7 although it’s not even in my hands.

These guys are great! I am very avid about checking prices in all surrounding areas, and getting the best quality work with a warranty for my money. This place was the final choice and I couldn’t be happier. My screen was BAD and would type on its own and call people when it wanted to. Now it functions great, no problems, and I even got a case for a decent price too. Didn’t have to wait in a long line, treated well, and my phone was done quickly. God forbid I drop my phone again, but if I do, I’ll be back. I recommend all my friends to this location.

I brought two phones in for repair. I had little hope that one would be fixed (went into the washing machine for 10 minutes). In the end, one phone was fixed and is as good as new while the «washed» phone was tested and determined to be completely done — no charge for the testing. So I payed $ 50 for the fix on my wife’s iPhone 5 and wasn’t charged for the time spent on the other one. Nice guys, nice shop, and plenty of parking (when I was there).

Couldn’t be happier with these guys. I cracked my ancient iPhone 4 screen, they fixed it, recommended an inexpensive sheet which will prevent that next time and they actually had a sleeve to cover the phone (nobody had that for the 4!)
To recap, reasonable price, fast, courteous service, what more could I ask for? They rock.

Updating this review because I’ve realized that Unilocal asks business owners to not ask for reviews in exchange for something, which in my case was a discount for a screen repair. In fact there is a note reminding users about this when writing reviews online, however it isn’t displayed on mobile which is how I wrote my review when I was in the store. Nothing against their service or the work they did, they were helpful and friendly and did a good job, however I honestly wouldn’t have bothered to write a review had they not asked me to do so in order to use their check in deal and I’m not sure I would’ve even given them 5 stars even if I had. It makes me question the reviews and ratings on their Unilocal page.

These guys have replaced an ipad air screen for me before. After going back a few times, they finally placed it correctly, and it works fine and looks great. 2 stars now because they charge ALOT more than the freakin’ actual apple store??? really? FAIL! $ 159 for an iphone 6 plus screen repair. Called the Apple store $ 80– $ 120 out the door?! wth? so annoying that these guys waste everyone’s time when you can just go to the store and have it done from the manufacturer! WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!

Yes, service was fast and friendly when I had my phones screen replaced here. I hesitated to spend the money but was told it would be «fully covered» for a year if I had any problems. That would have covered me until I was due for a new phone so I had the new screen put in. Glass seemed thinner than the original screen, and the trim ring around it a bit less substantial, but I figured it was covered and should be fine. I even purchased a rubberized cover from them to protect the new one.
Five months later I return with a cracked screen and before he even looks at it I’m asked if I want to pay for another. I tell him I am here for an under warranty replacement. There are no dents in the aluminum bezel around the screen, nor any sign of damage on the phone other than the cracked screen. Was told cracks are not covered because that is «physical damage». So the quality of the glass they used appears to me to be inferior, and their warranty is absolutely useless.

Great place to go to have your cell phone repaired. I walked in with a problem with my iPhone charging port. I walked in without an appointment, explained my problem. They took the phone in the back and found there was debris lodged inside the port. He didn’t even want to charge me.
