I showed up here at 9:15 am to get my toes done before I delete my baby and they weren’t even there. It looked like they were shut done. Not very good business practice to advertise hours that your not going to respect.

Mary is great with Gels, Peter did awesome almond shaped acrylics, which so few people have been able to do for me. Plus, the price is right! Very happy

This place was horrible save your time and money. We booked an appointment well in advance for 5pm we finally walked out at 5:30 after just waiting and waiting. The place looked dirty so I went to Nailzed and was thrilled

Went for a mani several months ago and it was fine, nothing spectacular, and yes, it is very quiet inside. Yesterday I just needed a polish change because I had already ruined the mani I got elsewhere only 3 days ago… usually it’s $ 5,here it was $ 7! I was shocked since the mani I got in the first place was only $ 12… bad business.

Please bear with me. Another salon in T.O. applied an acrylic set of nails and kept charging me hidden charges, so I decided not to return after 2 visits. I went to another salon next to Whole Foods, and the lady insisted on taking off the acrylics because«the application was so bad.»(I thought it was fine.) She was so aggressive that in digging, cutting, and pulling the acrylics off she bruised my nail beds. In fact she tore the skin on my beds in two places, and they started bleeding. She took no responsibility for it. So after letting my nail beds heal a few weeks, I found America Nails. Mary, Bea, and Tina are gentle, never try to pressure you with a service you do not want, and are very professional. I decided to try gel nails, and I have been going to them ever since. Everywhere I go people compliment my nails, and I always recommend them and the salon. I am very rough on my nails, and they quickly fix whatever I damage I do. Availability has never been a problem. However, I only go at night, so I do not know about day time availability. From an earlier post, someone said they were too quiet. I found that if I ask them about their lives, they are very easy to talk to. I could tell you a lot about each of these wonderful women! If you want a great mani and/or pedi, and you do not want to be nickeled and dimed for every service: go check this salon out. The ladies will not disappoint you!

This business has two Unilocal listings… SO I THOUGHT I WOULDPOSTITHEREASWELLTOKEEPTHECONSUMERSAWARE… DONOT waste your money here… I live in woodland hills and happened to be visiting a friend in Thousand Oaks… Not a lot of places are open on Sundays so I was left with no choice but to go to this horrible place… There are only three reviews and a three star so I figured how bad can it be. Needless to say. PETER did my fill, he was rushing and did not bother to wash my hands before applying the nail polish nor did he put oil around my cuticle after the fill. Additionally, I had a white tip on but before sitting at the spa chair, I picked a color because I wanted a change… Peter without paying any attention simply started applying clear coat on my nails. I told him that I wanted the color applied but he kept insisting that my white tip still looks good., I had to tell him three times for him to finally listen… What bothered me the most is I asked him why he didn’t let me wash my hand prior to the nail polish… He said«because you were sitting at a spa chair». I told him that I would have gotten up in order to clean my nails of all the powder. He said«oh». REALLY? Plain laziness. I have been getting my nails done for nearly 15 years and never once in my life experienced such a disappointment. He said that washing my hands were not necessary! Why is it his choice? And he told me that he was special… Yah PETER. You are special with the need to learn proper manner and give respect to your paying customers! And not be a smart ass like you were!!! Although the lady who did my pedicure did a pretty good job… She left a brown stain on my white dress! When she saw it… She immediately said I didn’t do it… Instead of simply apologizing… I told her that I didn’t a stain prior to sitting on the spa chair and now it’s dirty… She didn’t apologize instead insisted that it was stained prior to getting at the salon! NEVER again will i step foot in this place! Unless you are a regular… They will treat you like shit!!! So save yourself the painful experience and wait for the better places to get your nails done! Unbelievable!!!

I walked in and was immediately turned off by the dirty tray and hair on the tray on the arm of the chair. I could not get totally comfortable after that. I also noticed the floor had a lot of debris on it. The ladies that did my mani/pedi were nice. My fingernails came out uneven. I will not go back.

It was $ 58 for acrylics(with sparkle powder) and a pedi. They did a pretty good job and the pedi was full on with the hot towel wrapped legs and a scrub. My acrylics look really good and they listened to exactly what I asked for.

THis is one of only two places I go to in the conejo valley, I go there for my waxing and pedicures, its the only place I get waxing that I dont break out on and the place in very clean, the people are very friendly and I love that they have individual packets for manicures or pedicures so you know you wont catch anything :) Love this place!

Whoa, this place is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to! There’s some little things that never really bothered me much about most salons, but I can see the difference after coming here! First off, the ladies are sooo nice! I go to Anna. so chill and sweet! You can tell they aren’t talking about their clients behind their backs, ha… they always do a mini arm/hand massage with this lotion that’s warm to the touch, then they put a bit of honey/fruit smelling lotion afterwards so your hands smell nice… they always paint the tips of the nails too(not just the top but the end). and they have those blue lights that dry your nails faster(on top of the regular fans)… Oh, and they don’t charge that $ 1 if you want to use a credit card too! Ahh. love this place :)

in a world where nail salons are on every corner that theres a starbucks, its hard to pick one that will have that wow-factor. peter did my nails and wasnt too talkative, though had a thick accent. he was nice, efficient and did a great job. they use this wonderful orange scrub instead of soaking your hands in a too-tiny bowl and massage you before they buff away your cuticles. $ 14 but take cash to tip.

I always, always, always came back to this salon. Nothing in Thousand Oaks compares to what I got in SF. The manis and pedis were above average for the area and the salon was very clean. Once they talked me into a brow wax and it was actually the best(and cheapest) I’ve had so far. Just one piece of advice don’t let them talk you into all the premium services unless you really want them. Just go for the basics.
