The first day that I came onto the lot, Ray stepped out of his office and came over to me and asked if he could help me. I replied, «Well, let me say that I’m not buying anything today, I’m just starting to research RVs, and I am a complete Newbie.» He replied that «Newbies are great» and he would be delighted to help. He proceeded to show me all of the RVs that were the size I was interested in. Then he recommended some websites to add to my learning curve, and suggested I rent one for a few days. I did all of the above, continued to research, and returned 3 months later. Ray wasn’t there that day, but Jim was. He too proceeded to show me the inventory that was the size I was looking for. I kept waiting for the high pressure — but he kept saying, «Ok. Well, think about it. Let me know if you have any questions»… and I continued asking them, and he continued to answer them without the high pressure. I found the Class C I was looking for and proceeded to lead HIM into the sale! He was very helpful and made the whole experience relaxing and wonderful. When I returned a few days later with some paperwork, BOTH Ray and Jim were there and I told both of them how much I appreciated how helpful they both had been. This business is like the old fashioned businesses we used to have years ago when the owners cared about their customers, cared about their standing in their town, neighborhood, and community. It is a rare sighting these days, and I am glad I found it!

My wife and I own a class C motor home and every now and then we get the bug to upgrade to a Class A with slide outs. We have explored the RV’s at this location several times and always without pressure, the guys there are very helpful and cool. We haven’t bought one yet but when we do, we’ll come here.

best place to shop for RV’s! we wasted so much time driving around to all kinds of dealerships, when this one is so near. I guess we didn’t trust the low prices lol. they have amazing inventory, very clean rv’s all with lower mileages than any other dealers, and absolutely great price!!! on top of it, they know what they are talking about! Rick was the one helping us, and he made the experience fun, super professional so friendly, and truly knows his inventory and info about each and every rv there is!

I love this place. My wife and I have been looking for the perfect used RV for more than a year. Evertime we showed no matter who helped us When and we showed up a lot was helpful kind and let us look all we wanted A wonderful No pressure place. The owner who we have met several time was just as helpful. Well we finally found the perfect RV somewhere else and we went back in to let them know how much we appreciated their help in the past. The owner was there and was happy that we had found what we wanted and swished us well. forward aseveral months ahead and we had a minor collision issue So we dropped in and the owner was there and was happy to send us to Conejo auto body and Vince and his Son were a God send I would give more stars if available and suggest to others thy check them out their new inventory is amazing and their prices the best.

I was in the market for a well maintained quality pre-​owned diesel pusher. After dealing with the «run of the mill» high pressure cat and mouse games they like to play over at the larger RV chain stores, I fortunately stumbled upon Canejo RV in Thousand Oaks. What a difference! From the moment I stepped onto the dealership property, I felt completely relaxed, unpressured and welcomed. Sales associate Ray approached me, said feel free to look around and if I had any questions he would be happy to assist. After carefully perusing all the diesel pushers on the lot (all without being harassed) for about 4 hours, I chose a Monaco Cayman. Ray gave me the detailed; «what’s what», then it was time to meet Sergio who very patiently took me on a test drive and the rest is history. Canejo RV even took care of a Safety Recall that Monaco had issued several years prior. Of all the vehicles I have ever purchased, my experience at Canejo RV was the most enjoyable and memorable for sure.

We bought our Country Coach from Jim and Rick. We’ve found them to be extremely accommodating and committed to pleasing their customers. Rick went out of his way to resolve an issue we had with our coach past his obligation to do so. We highly recommend Conejo and their friendly and helpful staff. My wife and I started the hunt for our first RV a few months ago. In that time, we were referred to many different dealers (mostly through
). Our experiences with them all were from benign (at best) to utterly miserable («The unit’s on sale, what more do you need to know?»). Then we came across Kirk and Conejo Wholesale Auto & RV and had a wonderful experience. The entire staff was professional, friendly and helpful. No question went unanswered and they were always very upfront with us.
We love our new Itasca and I would only recommend Conejo to anyone else that was interested in RV ownership.

We just purchased a new rv and found their friendly service rewarding. We found them through the Internet and they offered the best price and after a few phone calls and emails selected the rv we wanted. I told them we would be driving from Oceanside and if we liked it we would buy it and would like to drive it home. Since it requires them to service it, fill all the fluids including a full tank of diesel, wash it and do house cleaning they did it before we got there knowing we may not like it and not buy it. How many rv dealers would do that? Once we saw the rv we bought it and they spent three hours with us explaining how to operate everything on the rv. It is nice to find a operation that has you in mind instead of theirs. I highly recommend them

No pressure at all, nice guy… The best thing was, they give a 45 day guarantee, I had
a few things that needed to be fixed, No problem at all. They fixed the minor things that i had listed and gave it back in a few days. I would recommend this place to everybody, and i would buy from them again!

We drove to Conejo RV from Bullhead City AZ to look at a 2008 Super C diesel motorhome they had on their lot. Right from the start it was a pleasant atmosphere. No high pressure tactics, Rick just answered our questions & told us all about the rig. Pricing here starts at a fair price. He seems to mark them low and sticks with that. Not much room for haggling. Once we made the decision to buy, the paperwork etc. went fast & easy. We needed a few days to get our money together and they needed a few days to detail our rig. So we drove back home to AZ in our car. Within a few days our motorhome was delivered to our home! How sweet is that??! Once we received the motorhome, we took off for our first outing. We ran into a few problems, mostly due to operator error, not understanding things. When problems came up we would call Conejo RV, and they would walk us through it. They were very nice & had a good attitude about it all. We’ve had the new motorhome about 2 months now. We are very happy with it and the experience we had with Conejo RV. They are a good knowledgeable outfit & I would highly recommend this business.

We bought our first diesel pusher from Jim and Rick and had the best customer service! We are now in the process of buying our second one from them. We definitely recommend them! They are not pushy, very casual and don’t try to sell you on what you don’t need and really listen to what is the best for you and your family.

We just purchased our class a motor home from Conejo Rv. The vibe there is extremely low pressure. In fact, it was no pressure. They work as a team and they are there to simply help answer any questions. The experience was so much different than the other 5 places we shopped. Their prices are no haggle. The price on the sticker is pretty much the price you pay. But their sticker is several thousand dollars below their competitors up front. Kirk was very patient with us and Sergio went through every single item in the coach upon delivery assuring that EVERYTHING was in working order. We have a 45 day warranty as well and their reputation is that they will stand behind their coach if anything comes up within that period of time. When we camp, we get compliments on how beautiful and new our coach looks. And it’s 7 years old. I have already recommended Conejo Rv to several people. I look forward to referring many more to them so that there can be other customers that are satisfied like I am!

We can’t say enough good things about CONEJO RV. We bought our first RV from them in June last year. They were very patient teaching us about our coach. Being first time campers we had so much to learn. We love this life so much that we decided to expand our travels. We just bought a second coach which is more adaptable to long trips. Once again, CONEJO RV spent a lot of time with us explaining the differences of the many we were interested in. It is refreshing viewing the different coaches. Before they are put up for sale, each coach is gone through mechanically and cleaned inside and out. Both coaches we bought were fitted with all new tires. We feel assured that, not only is our purchase a good one, but we feel secure in knowing that we can call the company if any problems arise. We found our motor home while searching on
. We live 6 hours from Conejo RV and I was pretty nervous about making the drive not knowing if the information I was being told by Jim was truthful or if he was just trying to get us into his office to make a sale.
When we pulled into the driveway we saw the unit sitting in front of the office, it looked amazing, super clean, and ready to roll off. I went inside for a quick inspection. All I can say is that Jim described this unit very well and left out no detail. My worries quickly went away. This thing was spotless and smelled brand new. Noël gave me the walk through and demonstrated all the features this unit had. Signing the papers took less than 5 minutes and I was off the lot in less than an hour.
We decided to stay in So. Cal. (Disneyland) for a few days just to make sure everything was in working order. On the way to Anaheim the backup monitor quit. After pulling in to our site in Anaheim the jacks did not work appropriately. There were a few other issues as well. The next morning I called Conejo and told them about the problems. They told me they would call me right back. Within a minute the owner Rick called me and asked If I could bring it back so he can take care of the issues. I told him that I could have it there on Wednesday. I was a little nervous about driving a motor home I wasn’t yet use to through LA City traffic and asked Rick if I could stay on his lot the night before. He didn’t hesitate and said he would have a spot for us when we got there. We arrived at midnight and sure enough there was a big open area.
The next morning I met Rick and we went over all the issues. He said, «no problem, we will take care of it». A few hours later he called and said your coach is ready to be picked up. He fixed every issue including the jacks, replaced the monitor, some interior lights, and a new spray nozzle for the outdoor shower. He also through in a DVD player for the rear bedroom TV. He said he couldn’t believe there wasn’t one there already.
The staff at Conejo were very professional, courteous, and friendly. Down the road when it’s time to replace our coach I will definitely be giving them my first look.

Stellar people to work with when buying an RV and top-​notch exceptional service. Well worth the 1,000 mile journey to do business with these guys — They were fair, honest and helpful before, during and after the sale. Took care of two repair issues that weren’t know until we put some miles on the motorhome we purchased — we were so grateful. A most pleasant buying experience!

I bought a coach last weekend. I can’t say enough about the entire staff! I was in the mioddle of refinancing my house, put a deposit on the coach and they were more than helpful when it took longer than expected. My wife did not like the mattress in the bedroom, so Rick purchased a pillow top for us at no charge.
Whe nI am in the market again for an upgrade, I wil ldefinitely be looking at their lot and I encourage anyone looking for a quality used RV to check them out. Ours is an outstanding coach and it seems they only offer coaches that are on the upper scale.

We purchased a motor home from Conejo RV in May of 2011. Our salesperson Glen was very friendly and very knowledgeably about all the motor homes we looked at. We got a fair trade in price and a fair price for the one we purchased. After we purchased it we took it out for a week-​end trip, while we were camping we had a minor problem, we called Conejo RV and Rick the owner came out to help us. He determined what the problem was and saved our week-​end. Over the 4^th of July Holiday we drove over 900 miles to Reno and back without a hitch. THANK YOU CONEJO RV!!!
