With her Chef background and creative flair, Dayna embarked on her journey to create Dayne’s Chicago Beef and Dawgs. You’ll find a variety of her family recipe for an original Chicago Italian Beef Sandwich, trimmed, seasoned and cooked on premises, served on a fresh back Italian Roll, as well as her creative and delicious take on Beef and Vegetarian Sandwiches. The Chicago Dawg goes without saying. It is the Chicago Dawg, Dayne’s way. Vienna All– Beef Dawg, with a snap, Fresh Poppy Seed Bun, Mustard, Vienna Beef Chicago Style Relish (Neon Green like back home) Sliced Onions, Tomato, Kosher Pickles, Sport Peppers and last, Celery Salt. Her Popular Original Shrimp Dawg, try it, and let’s talk! Layers of flavor! Fresh Ground shrimp rolled in a bed of panko, lightly fried, light chipotle dressing and topped with a fresh baby arugula salad. You can also enjoy a variety of Pizza Bread, Lincoln Park Salad, Chili Cheese Dawg and Fries and don’t forget Sweet Potato Tot’s with Garlic Ranch or Spicy Ketchup.
