A psychologist… should be especially aware of the distress and vulnerability someone might be feeling when calling them. It’s not an easy call to make, I was calling her about one of my children, and though I left a very clear message, she never called back. Sorry, but to me that’s inexcusable. I guess business is great… good luck.

have I had such rapport with anyone. I look forward to seeing her again.

She was 20 to 25 minutes late each of my two visits. At the end of my first session-​mostly fact gathering– I knew more about her life than she knew about mine. She ate her lunch during both of our sessions, she showed me pictures of her friend on Facebook, told me about a trip with her boyfriend, and made a note to herself on her computer. I would never recommend her. And, I’m calling my insurance to complain because she charged me for a full 50 minutes but saw me only 20. Is a no star available?
